We had planned a trip to stay at this beautiful place with such a great view! Sadly, we were there only couple of hours and an emergency came up and we had to leave. They were gracious enough to refund us for our trip, even though they didn't have to! Will stay again next time we're in town. Spectacular views and private access to the beach. Very reasonably priced as well.

My wife picked this place to stay. Great choice! We have a one bedroom ocean view room. It's very comfortable. Full kitchen. King bed. Clean. The heated indoor swimming pool was warm and perfect for us to use our aqua weights. What a pleasure to be here for our three night stay! The check in was easy and they took care of us. What more could we ask for. Walk right down the path and we will be right on the beach below.

You can not get a better location & room for this price! Walked out the door onto beach @ 7 AM to walk miles of beach w/tide pools, starfish, herons, peace & quiet. Great staff! Will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I really loved our stay at your condominiums. It was my birthday and we got an upgrade to a nicer room with an ocean view which was so appreciative and I was so excited about it! I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the counter that helped us, but he was extremely personable and so very very nice. Thank you so much for making my birthday weekend very special. We will absolutely come and stay again.

We have been going to Ocean Terrace for the past 30 years. The staff is always courteous and the price is very reasonable for the views that we enjoy. There was some construction going on during our recent visit but it was managed very well and did not interrupt our stay whatsoever. It was great to be so close to the Wine and Seafood Festival. We always enjoy staying there. They had a great offer for a winter price that made it even more favorable for us. It was a great value.

I have been staying here for 31 years now. There has been a reason I've stayed here this long, but the last few stays have me reconsidering where me and my family stay the next time we come to Lincoln City. There should be a certain standard these room must maintain. Room 25 looks like it was furnished from a second hand thrift store. The furniture in the living room is very worn, ripped and stained. I'm better off sleeping on the floor after laying on both pull out beds and the bed in the bedroom. Photos hung on the walls are crooked, the closest door is off track and leaning into the closet. The bedroom tv is falling apart and archaic. The carpet and cabinetry are new and updated. That is honestly the only nice thing about this room. As someone who has been coming to Ocean Terrace for 31 years, it's sad to say this will probably be my last time staying here. Our last 3 visits here have all been different rooms, but very similar experiences. I feel dirty sitting/laying on the furniture in here. Even the decorative pillow cases on the bed are wore out. When spending almost $700 dollars to stay 3 nights, I expect a bit more for my money.

This is not a safe place for single women or families.

Single woman traveled for business.

First: they don’t respond to emails. I needed to make a change to my reservation and emailed multiple times with no response. Ended up giving up and booking somewhere else for my revision needed.

Building:

The living room wall is ceiling to floor glass- with curtains that don’t close all the way. The living room has an additional window that has a blind that doesn’t close. The rod to close the blinds has been removed.

The room itself was MUCH smaller than what was advertised. The pictures they have online are inaccurate.

The bedroom has a large window with - you guessed it- a blind that doesn’t close. The rod to close the blinds have been removed.

Not only can anyone look into the condo at any time of day- they can look into the bedroom at any time of day.

The bedroom had a target down mirror. How I know that? Half the sticker was still on. The sticker wasn’t fully removed.

If they can’t remove a sticker from a mirror- then how clean really is the place?

The bathroom showerhead is leaking so that’s an issue too.

Definitely disappointed.

I don’t recommend this place.
