We used Occasions Catering for my daughter’s baby shower! Karla and her whole team are absolutely amazing! They made planning a baby shower from Texas (to be held in WA) a breeze! The menu, the food, and set up were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Occasions catering was amazing, especially Cindy who was our main point of contact! She was so helpful with decision making beforehand, did a site visit for us because we live out of state and sent tons of photos, and even lent my now-FIL her jacket when it rained before the ceremony so he wouldn’t be drenched in photos! She really knows how to go above and beyond and during the reception made sure we grabbed plates first so we had a chance to eat and got us drinks when we were too busy talking and saying hi to everyone. Great food, excellent setup and takedown (it all looked beautiful) even at our site that had no cell reception, and huge help day-of in having everything run smoothly.

We used Occasions for our wedding and Karla was a great help throughout the whole process! They were responsive over email and quick to provide quotes, updates, and answers to our questions. The tasting made for a fun little date night and it was great to connect in person and go over details. Karla and her staff set up our tables to our specifications and ensured the day went smoothly. Most importantly, our guests liked the food! The beef with chimichurri was our favorite; the sweet potatoes with banana sour cream sounded out there at first but really worked together. The green beans were a bit heavy on the thyme. We hired bartending services through them as well and provided our own beverages. We also really appreciated having our leftovers boxed up for us at the end of the night!

I'd like to start out by pointing out our situation
being unorthodox in comparison to most and Occasions worked with us every step of the way. My wife has an extremely busy work schedule and this is crucial for the tasting process as my father in law was able to pick up the food to bring it home for tasting.

Vanessa and Karla were our point of contacts. Every step of the way they were making changes on the fly with the patience of a Saint and extreme enthusiasm! We had excellent service at our table night of with being waited on hand and foot and getting every single desire we had for food or drink. The bartender impressed as well by making pisco sours for my sailor table and using aqua fabba as the foaming agent perfectly. Food was marvelous, no complaints from anyone as they all thought it delicious. Only complaint I'd say is dry bread, but their honey butter quickly solved this issue!

I had the absolute pleasure of using Occasions Catering at my wedding reception, which had roughly 100 people in attendance. They had a large selection of menu items which made picking my perfect wedding dinner a breeze! From our first interaction with them, communication was seamless and it was clear that they were dedicated to making our event perfect. The event coordinator we worked with, Star, had such attention to detail which ensured beautiful place settings - she brought our wedding reception vision to life! By the end of the evening, multiple guests were asking about the caterer and sharing how much they loved the food. You will be in such good hands with Occasions Catering!

Occasions Catering catered our wedding, and we cannot rave enough how amazing the experience was. The food items we chose on our menu were:
-Charcuterie Cups
-Fresh Greens, with Candied Pecan, Gorgonzola tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette
-Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce &
Mushroom Demi Glaze
-Chicken Dijon Sautéed Mushrooms, Pear Onions,
Artichoke Hearts, Heavy Cream & Dijon Mustard
-Sweet Potatoes with Bacon Onions, Serrano Chili
& Chives topped with a Banana Sour Cream (on
the side)

We had SO many compliments with how much guests loved the food. Karla was amazing with communication prior to the wedding and day-of. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and our bartender was skilled.

I felt very supported and taken care of, and am so thankful we went with Occasions Catering for our wedding!

Occasions catered my high schools 60th reunion. We ordered a three-entrée buffet (beef, chicken and salmon) and everyone was delighted with the choices and the accompanying dishes. Our two servers were extremely gracious. And efficient.
If enough of us are still around, we'll come to them for our 70th reunion!

We used them for a corporate event and everything was spectacular! Lauren B was communicative, professional, and understanding. I needed help trying to adjust for our budget and she went out of the way to make sure all of our needs were met. We had a few curve balls the night of the event and she handled them with ease. Plus the food was FANTASTIC! great job Occasions catering!
