Our son and his wife just had their rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception at Oak & Vine. The accommodations were top-notch! All staff members were fantastic - I found myself asking; 'who are these amazing people and how did one (1) company finds all these folks?' Then there was the food! OMG! From the appetizers, to the salads, entries and the desserts - all mouth watering and beautifully presented. The food's intoxicating! I cannot think of a better choice on the Central Coast to host and cater a special event - Five Stars for sure! Peter S.

My wife and I had Oak & Vine catering at our wedding in Templeton.

Fast forward to the wedding day. Everything was perfect. Our guests continue to say it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We had short rib, chicken, salmon, carrots, potatoes, salad and great appetizers. The staff were extremely friendly to all the guests and to us. The entire environment between the food and the staff helped provide an incredible experience. We also booked their venue at Oak & Vine Vineyard Estates which made it an even more smooth wedding weekend.

However, things were not as perfect going into the wedding weekend. Long story short, prior to the wedding day I anticipated giving a 2 or 3 star review but due to the outstanding wedding day service I have given a 5 at hopes that my experience before hand was not the normal. High level issues included extremely poor and unprofessional communication over 11+ months, many false promises made, having to pry information from the team, no contract or detailed proposal of expectations, and generally making my wife and I feel in the wrong when asking simple questions. We planned our entire wedding ourselves from Tennessee and we only had two times that we were stressed. One was when deciding who not to invite and then the 11 months working with Oak & Vine catering before my month of coordinator took over after I was nearing my breaking point.

I truly hope our experience was rare or a one off. If that’s the case I highly recommend this catering company purely because how good the food and the people were on the wedding day. But be cautious.

Overall, everyone I spoke to are good people that put together a great event but who possibly could benefit from a business assistant.

My husband and I got married at Oak & Vine in fall 2023 and had the most magical, intimate 3-day wedding weekend!

We used Oak and Vine Catering for Thursday rehearsal dinner, Friday welcome party and Saturday wedding reception and I would highly recommend using their services for a 3-day event. Weddings are so intimate and special, it was important we felt comfortable with the vendors we were working with. Colin leads his team with diligence and passion, all while being such a fun group of people - our guests staying at the houses and his team all felt like a big group of friends.

The food and drinks were great, I could not imagine anything better! We had all kinds of food from tacos to steaks to pasta and nothing disappointed. Chef Justin and team also went out of their way to make separate meals for those with restrictions i.e. cauliflower steak, gluten free pasta, etc.

I will recommend Oak and Vine Catering again and again, not only for the food and drinks but for the hospitality the team provides. We had THE BEST wedding weekend! Thank you Colin, Chef and team <3

I cannot recommend Oak and Vine Catering enough. We had an intimate wedding of 21 people on the property catered by chef Justin, mixologist Colin, and their team. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The cocktails, appetizers, main course, cake, and affogato dessert were ALL OUTSTANDING. Not to mention the charcuterie, salad, and paella dinner for rehearsal night. To top it all off, the whole team was so easy and fun to work with. Such down to earth and kind people. They interacted with our guests all weekend and checked in multiple times leading up to our weekend and throughout to make sure our whole vision came together as we imagined. They were also easily accommodating to the vegetarians in our group. If you are looking for some incredible food and hospitality for any event, these are your people!!

We hired Oak & Vine for our June wedding in Templeton. They were a joy to work with from the very start - Colin was accommodative, friendly, and professional. The menu and food was a hit with our guests, all acknowledging that we cut no corners. Oak & Vine staff were attentive and very helpful, even with tasks outside their scope and despite heavy winds. The food came out hot and stayed warm. It was the perfect piece to a perfect day. I recommend them without hesitation for any catering needs.

Collaborating with Colin was a delightful experience and Justin's meals were above and beyond expectation. For our family reunion, we dined on a Central Coast BBQ, a sit down Filet and Halibut dinner with a spectacular wedge salad, ending our stay with a Pizza party. We have been recommending Oak and Vine to friends and can't wait to come back ourselves.

We hired the Oak & Vine team to cater our wedding at the Oak & Vine Vineyard Estate and everything about our experience was positive. Colin and Chef Justin are professional, personable, communicative, and SO GOOD at what they do. We wanted the food and drinks to be something our guests remembered at our wedding, and the O&V team delivered. The servers were experienced, the bartenders were engaging, and the food was stunning.
