We love staying at this house! The location and views are amazing. The interior looks new, yet cozy. Alessandro- the host is so responsive, always positive and happy to help. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental. We have stayed several times here, and have loved every time!

We absolutely loved this location. It's central to everything you want to do in San Diego and the views and amenities are so awesome, you don't even want to leave to visit SD. Lol
The house had almost everything you could think of that your own home would have. But the host Alessandro was the best. He even came in on his day off to teach us how to use the fireplace on the patio. He was very kind and helpful.
If you ever have the opportunity to rent this property, please do. The views are absolutely breathtaking on each floor (3 patios). We even enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very relaxing and cozy.

What can I say about the NXT team. The owners are extremely attentive and understood what we were looking for as if it were for their own family. Their accommodations were done with great detail and taste, impeccably maintained, and even the sheets were perfect. We are not easy to please but they took great care of us. Alessandro welcomed us warmly and was a great help any time we needed anything or had questions. He’s fantastic, as is Mac, Josh and the entire team. Our family thanks you all.

We spent two weeks at the Prospect Place rental in La Jolla. The house is beautiful with a lot of character- the backyard garden , the porch with ocean views, the fascinating book collection , etc. The office upstairs was amazing as I was working remotely during the trip. The master suite was also amazing with views of the ocean and sunset over the water. The location is great. Just down the block from the shore path and amazing downtown La Jolla Cove neighborhood. NXT was great to work with from booking throughout our trip. Special shoutout to Alessandro who was always accessible and did everything to accommodate any issues in our stay. The home and the service were five stars across the board.

We had a great time staying in the stunning Crown Point beach home in San Diego. I had family and friends fly in from across the country, and everyone was blown away by the property.
