The employees/family is so sweet! I love their customer service, I don’t mind driving out of my way to come here! The girls are amazing and always so welcoming and remember me everytime! I look forward to their holiday menus! So delicious! 🤤 highly recommend!

Family ran business; every Sunday I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I absolutely LOVE their protein shakes!!!!! Butter pecan is my personal favorite! Thank you guys for making “being healthy” more fun and enjoyable!

I had some time to kill waiting for the pharmacy and wanted a snack. There are plenty of fast food options in the area, but I stumbled upon this little shop that touted protein shakes. I got a guilt free and delicious sweet treat for myself and also didn’t have to fork over money to a multi-billion dollar corporation that doesn’t even have a dollar menu anymore. Service was wonderful and they even have a totally reasonable loyalty program that will definitely have me coming back. That’s a win to me.

Great place!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the Waffle and the (ISSA) shake is a must try if you have a sweet tooth like me but want to be healthy! I love coming here for a healthy breakfast option.

Amazing protein choices!! I love being able to eat my favorite sweet flavors without the guilt of it being unhealthy. The owner was very knowledgeable of the products. She guided me on what to chose to get more protein out of my shake. I had the Mint Chocolate chip with coffee. The flavor was just like the ice cream! But, with 20grams of protein!
The waffles and donuts looked so good! I'll definitely try them next time.
