We stayed the whole weekend. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and very clean.The whole hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice , with one staff standing out, her name was Erin she was very helpful and very kind. The one thing they we were disappointed in was we are card players and also have people that vacation with us. There are no table and chairs in the rooms ( it had a king size bed and a couch and two TV's ) so it made it very difficult to even sit and talk. So went to the lobby to play also no table and chairs. There are table and chairs in the breakfast room but not aloud to use. So we did find one table and chairs in the pool area we used but very load in the area and very hot! We are senior citizens so don't live on the wild side anymore just like a good time. Yes I would recommend to stay here.

The room was a disappointment. The bathroom was not updated. It had a very small toilet with no exhaust fan. It made a very steamy shower. The bed was comfortable. The location worked fine for our family event. When I saw the 9 star review rating, I thought it would be much nicer. The free breakfast was not worth it. We found an excellent breakfast place in Rice Lake. I would not stay here again.

Most happy with our stay. For a Saturday night and a last minute last room booking, the most quiet place I've ever stayed.

Two times to the pool/hot tub all to our selves.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room.

Pancake, egg cheese sausage croissant, cappuccino, hard boiled egg, and all the other usual breakfast items.

Across the street from the casino. Did not use the shuttle.

Lake Country Pizza delivered to the room.

**This hotel is not pet friendly please read hotel policies under booking sites and google**
hotel is staffed 24/7 since new owners took over in June 2022! And undergoing much needed updates to welcome guests! In a few short months we have added New beds, Pillows, Bedding, curtains, rooms are painted working on getting rid of the wall paper in the bathrooms and paining them ! Pool and hot tub are up and running ! Effective 1/1/25 rooms are getting new carpet starting with upstairs and working our way throughout the hotel come check us out !

We stayed at this hotel to attend a family reunion at a nearby cabin. The lobby was clean and nice. However, our room was very outdated and didn't feel very clean. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom (holes in the door where they used to be) and the water pressure in the sink was more of a trickle. The beds were ok. The breakfast was very basic. It wasn't awful but seemed expensive for what is was ($163/night). There weren't any other options and it was better than camping, but I've stayed at much better for much less. The staff was nice. I probably wouldn't stay again.

Rooms were as-expected. Touch outdated in some areas, but overall very clean and the beds were fine/comfy. There was a vent in the bathroom, but did not appear to have an exhaust fan of any sort that I could tell. At least there was no switch for one, and we could not hear anything when the light was on. Regardless, that was fine/no big deal.

Staff was friendly and -- although not expected -- they allowed us to check in early despite having a busy slate of late checkouts the day before, and some unforeseen technical issues with the card reader. That was a huge bonus. All-in-all, a decent place to stay if you are in the area. Easy access to the main road (Hwy. 8) to get in and out.

Lobby was inviting with big comfy chairs to relax by the fireplace.

The pool is a bit small but heated, and the hot tub was nice. Only $5 a person to swim 🏊‍♀️

Windows would not stay open and they kindly gave us a new room. Comfy bed. Clean room. Quet air conditioning.Friendly staff. Did not use the pool or eat breakfast there.
