The place is a dump. Outdated and rundown. The fireplace never worked and management didn't really care. Although we got the lip service that they would come and look at it everyday. And they never did. If it's more than two people they will be required to sleep on the hide-a-bed. The bed is so bad that you'll have to get a room somewhere else as the Springs are popping through. Again we brought it up to management and they said they would have someone come and look at it. But evidently someone doesn't work for them because no one ever showed. This was a very poor excuse of a timeshare. The experience was less than stellar. I don't know how they continue to do business but I guess they have enough people coming in for first time experiences. This will be our last time ever. Save your money. Good times are somewhere else not at this address. And yes I'm being sincere.

Would give 5 stars, but plumbing was bad. Kitchenette sink was unusable as water wasn't coming out (very low flow), and the sink wasn't draining. Bathroom shower control was extremely touchy, making temperature adjustments extremely time-consuming (and water wasting). Hot water pressure was much lower than cold water pressure so thats why it was so hard to adjust. Beds were comfy and warm. Easy location to get to and quiet.

The weirdest check in of my life. All over a tc screen, their equipment to print keys was broken. Was not greeted was asked what do you want. Was not told about charges or fees. They charge a “resort fee” for internet and a hot tub that is 3 ft wide and full of mud and sand. No help, internet never worked. Horrible horrible service.

Positive: Looked recently upgraded, and clean. Negative: Room was hot and fan provided was very loud. I could hear my neighbors talking through walls. Was hard to sleep.

Located very close to a golf course, the course is expensive. No smoking on property. The only thing that didn't work was the dish washer.

The check-in lady, Holly i believe, she was rude and argumentative, yelled at me because she misunderstood me, in front of other guests.. If it wasn't for our time share i would not have returned to this place, no maid service, fireplace was not working, again, and i called everyday, for someone to come fix it, nobody ever showed up! and the rooms need upgraded, like a smart tv, the channel guide was wrong and every channel we wanted to watch was not available on the plan... We pay a lot of money on this time share, and every year, the place has never not once been maintenanced, upgraded and the floors need mopped not just swept.. my feet were black just from walking across the floor, There was no cleaning supplies, except for dishes, so we couldn't do it ourselves... When we bought into this time share there was tennis courts, swimming pools and many other amenities that they illegally sold, when you buy into a time share you are part owner and they cannot legally sell without everyone's agreement... Totally disappointed this year, 2024
And Holly clearly needs schooled or let go!
Also be very careful and watch out for bears..i encountered one, only about 10 feet away from me...

Our stay at North Lake Lodges and Villas in Incline Village was a mix of very pleasant experiences and some frustrating moments. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons of our visit:||Pros:|- The villa was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. It felt like two separate one-bedroom apartments, which provided plenty of room for privacy and comfort.|- The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.|- The location is fantastic, being very close to some of the most beautiful bike paths around Lake Tahoe. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love biking.||Cons:|- There is no onsite management, which posed several inconveniences. To check in, you have to go into a small office and speak to someone remotely. On day 6th of our stay we were surprised to find workmen were let into our unit without notice and were checking on the fire alarm system. We called the management office and they said they had tried to warn us and left messages on the landline. However, one of the landlines wasn’t working and the other one had no messages. On the first day, we were moved. Perhaps they had called the wrong villa. ?|- The WiFi was a major issue. When we first arrived, the internet was spotty and then it completely stopped working for most of our seven-day stay. We reported the problem to the offsite management company. They told us since they are 45 minutes away, it was our responsibility to call the internet company. We were given an 800 number, and after a frustrating lengthy call, the issue was not resolved. The call seemed to be outsourced, and the representative was unfamiliar with the resort's system. The WiFi connection was restored on our last day. Therefore, if you need reliable internet access for business or personal use, you'll have to use the library in town.|- Despite these issues, shout outs are deserved for the friendly maintenance man, Dan, and Ully and the housekeeping staff, who were helpful and kind throughout our stay.||Overall, while the accommodation and location were fantastic, the lack of reliable internet and onsite management were significant drawbacks. If these issues are addressed, North Lake Lodges and Villas could be an exceptional place to stay.

Positive: The location was away from the road so it was peaceful. Negative: The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped.
