Phenomenal shop! Called 15 minutes before closing to get a puncture tire fixed and they stayed open for me to fix it! Thank you for helping me !

Remember stopping here in 2015. Excellent place and people to work with. On our way out of Alaska in 2015 they were able to help me change the oil on my motorhome. We enjoyed it so much is that we dry camped in the back as they allowed that and gave us a chance of to rest up.

They saved my life! Five stars simply isn't enough! I had hit black ice throughout the night (over one hundred miles of it) before coming in. I was referred by the Chevron when asking about studded tires, and they miraculously had my size though they said they wouldn't have been able to get them on for another three days. I started to head back to Fairbanks but recognized that having my size of tire, studded during this time of year was incredible. I came back and asked if I could buy the tires and have someone else mount them. They had me wait a couple of minutes before telling me they'd do it then and there--an appointment fell through! They were quick and kind, with pleasant conversation as I waited. They even plugged one of my old tires that had a screw in it! I bounced back from the Canadian Border later that day, caught some air before going downhill, and had no traction when I found the road. These tires--and by extension, these people--are the only reason I didn't fly off road and suffer injury (or far worse). The mount job was so phenomenal that one of the tires held me to the road (at the expense of a lateral link) despite ten seconds of pure sliding. Better a link than a life. Tok, I hope you show these individuals the love and respect they deserve!

Rode into Tok on a donut spare the RV park told us to call Northern Energy to see if they had a tire for us. They did, we bought two and had them installed in a Friday afternoon. The person running the desk, I didn't get her name, was extremely kind and personable. She answered all of our tourist questions, recommended a great place for dinner and sent us on our way. Customer service was outstanding!
