While my driver Charles was a very nice guy, who even texted me the night before, his van was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke.

The guy who drives van 531 dose not know how to drive at all. Is always has his hazard lights on when driving! Pulls out into traffic when it's not clear. And is full of road rage!!

I had the opportunity to have this company take me to my doctor's appointment. I called early that morning to confirm and was greeted with a very pleasant and kind lady who helped me without issue. Any issues they seemed capable of fixing and did a great job with letting me know the what was happening. The driver was a younger man who was extremely polite, very decent, and I would recommend him to anybody. I've seen "bad" or "negative" reviews about lack of arrival, but remember there is a Main component to this. A "parent" company posts the needs of the patients and the companies pick the people they can accommodate. This "middle-man" can cause many issues. About 2 years previous I had an appointment that had been scheduled weeks in advance. However the "parent" company never informed me of the changes, and therefore I didn't know my ride had been canceled due to Covid-19. The PARENT or HEAD company was supposed to inform the riders of changes in scheduling. Many times they didn't. I new player took over now so we'll see how things change. So far so good. But remember there are hundreds of people needing rides going through phone numbers that aren't even in this State! I was very happy with my service, thank you!

I get a call the night before giving me my pickup ride then a hour before my appointment time they called and left me without transportation to a very important appointment. Very unprofessional for people who are dealing with sick and elderly patients. Leave ya panicked and stranded

I got an automiatic messages saying my pick up time was at 5:15am, no driver never called me to confirm a pick up. I waited from 5am to 7am no driver ever picked me up for my appointment and nobody answered when I called the company. If this company knew they didn't have me a driver they should have never accepted the ride,at least call me and let me know they have no driver! Very important I make it to my clinic.

Horrible transportation company. They are always late, even when they are told an exact time. Their drivers never answer their phones when you try calling. They drive for Veyo- and if that’s where you are experience them- for sure they’ll always be late. If you have important doctor visits- do not use them.

I was just driving next to one of these vans, number 313, license plate 425-MWM and an older gentleman driving, to be exact. We just received several inches of snow in Green Bay and the sidewalks are inaccessible. I saw a guy walking down the street with his groceries, who tried to flag down the driver and get his attention to slow down and move over but the driver kept his speed and did not move over at all, when he had a whole free lane next to him to do so. He came within INCHES of hitting this poor guy, not to mention blasting him with snowy slush as he went by. Maybe if you are driving a van with the company logo, phone number, and address on it, you will be more courteous to other people around you. Please fire this guy!

Worst company every!!!!!!!! Dont ever ride with them!!!!
I been done at my appointment about 11:41 and I called them soon as I was done to pick me up. Here it is 1pm in Im still sitting waiting on them to pick me up from the doctors office. Then I call and the lady tell me your driver seems to be going somewhere else. What the hell kind of stuff is this. This is my first and last time using them!!!!!!
