Had to edit my previous review because it wasn't enough.
Husband and I brought the family here for brunch. We spent the first 10 to 15 minutes in awe of the architecture. Then the drinks came, #1 margaritas in Louisville dont do it justice. We are foodies and im a chef, we travel a lot and ear/drink a lot. The margaritas here are untouchable. Didn't think it could get better, then the food arrived. I got the Noche Burrito with birria, and Mole, and its better than any mole I've ever had anywhere. Chef to chef, WOW. We are frequent diners at ROC, Ruby's, Rapeal, and 610 Magnolia. The food here at Noche is made with the exact same passion, love, and excrement. Our server Latitia was an absolute GEM. She's very knowledgeable of the food, drinks and service.
Thank you for an unforgettable experience and fantastic food.

The place was nice, service was okay, food was terrible and for the price? NOT WORTH IT. We ordered queso, they served it cold. We ordered Steak Fajita it was cold. Steak was tough and SWEET. We've been to a lot of Mexican restaurant never been served of sweet fajita. It was a joke and a waste of time really. Menu was expensive I don’t mind paying but if the food wasn’t good what do you expect. We will never come back!

The building is beautiful and worth the visit. It just feels like something so much more epic could have been done with it. Main seating is just weak. Food was decent I would stick to brisket based which is the specialty. Very flavorful. Beyond that it's just standard with a pretty setting.

This is what I would call a "very Instagram-able" restaurant. The restaurant's exterior, interior, food, and drinks are all very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Seats in the main dining room are packed pretty close together and can make navigating in/out of your seat pretty difficult. Because of this it can also get pretty loud inside, making it difficult to hear the person sitting across from you, let alone the staff. The food was delicious, but definitely on the pricier side. The birria tacos were bursting with flavor and were complemented very well by a very spicy jalapeño margarita. This was definitely an elevated Mexican food experience (although I'm still not sure where the BBQ comes in!) great for special occasions!

The waitress was wonderful, very friendly their knowledgeable. The food had wonderful flavor the Chef did an excellent job. The brisket wasn't ready so he suggested another dish and it turned out to be wonderful. If you want a new spin on Mexican cuisine it is. It is a barbecue flavor fusion. Mexican cuisine is very tasty and worth the money. And it's way more food than you think you can eat. Just one criticism the sweet tea could be just a little sweeter.

Tommie is absolutely incredible. I hope Noche realizes how great she is. She knows the menu so well and can make great suggestions. Personally, you can't go wrong, because the portions are so huge. Taco Thursday is a great deal!

Everything we got was great. 11 of us and we got a wide variety of things and it was all good. The birthday girl got a huge pc of their cheesecake, it had caramel on it i think, there was whipped cream and 2 churros on the plate and it was DELICIOUS. I'd go back just for that. It's in an old church as you can see in my pics and when the sun comes through that stained glass it very pretty. The paintings were neat. And there's seating down on the main floor and up in the choir. It's very pricey compared to regular Mexican restaurants, it's up scale, but they have a kids menu thank goodness. Well worth it on a special occasion.

Very cool conversion of a church into a restaurant. The high ceilings, stained glass windows and upper level eating area, all add to the wonderful charm of Noche.

The dishes are authentic and very delicious. From seafood to mole, they offer a variety of dishes beyond the taco, burrito, enchilada rut most Mexican restaurants get stuck in.

Unfortunately, they had to remove the spicier options from their salsa offerings due to a lack of hot affectiatos, but you can ask for their homemade mango habanero sauce to dial the heat back up.

Their extensive tequila selection is serious with both hard to find as well as popular brands. It's best to make reservations as their popularity keeps them busy. Highly recommend!
