My organization hosted a private dinner in the bar and garden room. It was about 20 people and the room was the perfect size, the room looked out over the lovely garden, and felt very cozy. It was a cold and rainy evening but the warm lighting made it feel nice. The food was impeccable; a Japanese guest said it was the best Japanese food she has had outside of Japan. The staff were lovely - very attentive to what the guests needed as well as us as the hosts. I was sitting at the sushi bar while the dinner progressed and was kept in the loop about what was happening and fed delicious food and wine while I waited.

I would absolutely host future events here - it was perfect.

I was only in a basic category room but still felt like I was getting a luxury experience.||Breakfast was painstakingly slow even though there were very few guests at any one time. I also think the hotel needs to put up a sign at the host stand inviting guests into the restaurant at breakfast time as too many end up standing outside unnecessarily thinking that the host is away and they'll be tended too soon enough when in fact there isn't a host coming at the breakfast period.||I was disappointed that there wasn't a spa to better foster my relaxing experience and would suggest offering massages at the minimum as something to consider.||I thought the food overall was pretty decent at the in-house restaurant however bar staff in particular at both the restaurant and the separate bar area need to be conscious of the appropriateness of the content of their conversations that are within earshot of patrons.

Dealing with Priya the Sales Manager was a dream. She made the whole process easy and and was ever the professional. She took on board our requests from the outset of what we required from the space and met all of our needs.
We had a few issues trying to pay from the UK but this was resolved.
Excellent communication throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend and will hopefully use again in the future! 5* indeed!!!
