I had to downgrade my review from a 5 to a 2
The quality has been going downhill…
It’s very reasonably priced and has amazing coffee, but my last 2 visits have been disappointing. I paid extra for a respectable cream cheese schmear, but they gave me a regular amount. Also, the blueberry muffins were beyond burned.
No public restrooms either, to wash your hands

Very bad service. We wanted to buy some bagels and we informed the worker there was fly on the bead so they can remove it. She said she didn’t care about it that she can’t do anything about it that it just came in. At least could do some initiation of removing it but nothing. We left, we were not buying anything from there that’s disgusting people can get sick. I seen they removed the fly and but the muffin back.

Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. Did not have any chorizo on it (it would be hard to miss the telltale red fat that chorizo produces). Wait was also somewhat long (15min after ordering) for three employees working and being not particularly busy.

This location is absolutely awful. Not only they took forever to prepare our order (in fact they were too busy talking to each other) they have burned 4 bagels out of 8 that we have ordered. On top of that they put ridiculously low amount of cream cheese. When we addressed this to the employee she just offered us "extra" cream cheese.

When I opened up my two nova lox sandwiches at home they had no shmear on them. Most important ingredient of a bagel missing. This place used to be good, but it stinks now. New York bagels in Strawberry is way better.

Edit: updating from 3 to 4 stars because they resolve my issue when I contacted them. Thank you.

Ordered 2 bagels, 2 coffees, and 1 chocolate chip muffin.
They gave me the bag with the bagels, but didn't include the muffin. I only realized when I got home.
The bagels were ok.
Iced Mocha coffee was just A LOT of syrup at the bottom. I wouldn't order it again.
For reference, I went after rush hour. The store was empty.

I won’t use the online ordering system next time. First time ordering at this location. I have no qualms against updating my review in the future, but this was my experience today.

It was busy this Sunday morning, so it took appx 25 minutes for the 2 breakfast bagels and 1 drink to be ready - This is understandable. However, a few things stood out:

1)A sign taped to the front door said they could not do espresso drinks today. Fortunately, I ordered a cold brew drink, but would not have known otherwise as espresso drinks were available to order online. They should be able to mark items as “out of stock” online. Hopefully they have this ability and just didn’t get to it today.

2) They forgot my hashbrown. Day ruined! Kidding, but I ordered it as a side and on the order tag it’s not as noticeable. I should have ordered it as a separate item.

3) They forgot the pepper shmear on the farmhouse sandwich. Maybe they ran out of it today? I wouldn’t have known, because the web orders are placed on the pickup cart without interaction from staff.

Overall, the bagels tasted fresh, and the cold brew was decent. Their pricing is competitive, so I’d like to try it again. Since ordering online didn’t save any time, I’ll order in person next time. Hopefully this will prevent forgotten items/condiments.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The service was terrible, especially due to the older staff member who was rude and responded in a very unpleasant way. On top of that, the wait time was unacceptable, making the whole experience unbearable. Having to deal with such treatment is completely disrespectful and inappropriate
