Do not use this company they completely scammed us and they charge way more than the actual flight. When we had to change the flight they charged us $500 and they assured us that we can use the credit for 1600 on the airlines website. We found out there was no credit and the airlines called us and told us that this travel agency called the airlines and they acted as me. They proclaimed they were me and canceled my flight for $68 and charged me $500. How I found this out is the actual airline called me and they told me I called earlier that day to cancel and they wanted to send me the confirmation. So I was charged a total of $942 and they only paid the airline $68.

I had a less-than-ideal experience with this company. Initially, I found a great deal on flights for $228, but unfortunately, they didn’t book it right away. After waiting and not hearing anything, I decided to call them myself, only to find out that the flight was no longer available, and they were now offering a much higher price of $800.

It was frustrating because the lower prices were still showing online, but they couldn’t honor them over the phone. If I had booked directly earlier, I could have secured tickets for $400. It’s disappointing to see such a difference between advertised prices and what’s actually available.

Niel worked really, really, really hard to help us with changing our flights. He tried to help us change our flights. He tried to offer us a refund on our flights if we rebooked them with him for a higher price than we can do for ourselves online (because, as suspected, their company charged us an extra fee that Turkish Airlines did not require), but then we would also get a credit to use on future flights. I'm thinking that any time we try to use the credit, it will be offset by higher than normal prices. But Niel endured the process with us.

Rodney screwed me over now I have no flight and there are a lot of money and I can't get home why didn't he tell me from the beginning that it was going to be more money I told him I couldn't do more than $150 and I needed to get home the man wanted me to go from Puerto Rico to Texas why the hell would I go over Tennessee where I live to go to Texas and he wanted to charge me over $1,000 are you people on drugs or something! He did not help me and now I got to call and see if they would let me keep my original ticket because he did not explain all that he just wanted to cancel and get a good review he sucks, I'm an elderly lady and he took advantage of me when I said that!
