For some time now, New Love has been my go-to coffee destination. As a hub for coffee enthusiasts, Washington has numerous exceptional coffee shops, but New Love stands out for its unparalleled quality. The atmosphere in their coffee shops is uniquely inviting, and the service is consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. My personal favorite drink is the blackberry matcha, which I highly recommend. Additionally, their hand pies offer a diverse range of flavors and a fascinating concept. What truly sets New Love apart, however, is its commitment to the community, demonstrated through its generous offers of deals and gift cards. In my opinion, New Love is unequivocally the best coffee shop in Washington.

I love the vibe of the coffee shop. Great space to hang out, meet with someone, or grab and go. The coffee is excellent, some pretty creative options so there is something for everyone. The hand pies are so good and worth coming here just for them. The staff was friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. Will definitely come back.

I would add a plus if I could, it's better than just three. The green tea latte was okay and of course I'm comparing that to SB. We were there during a relatively busy time so finding a table to have a meeting at was a little challenging. Didn't eat anything so I cannot comment.

Don't usually write reviews but had to mention the A+ costumer service. Michaela (hope I spelled that right?) took care of my order when my new card got declined! Also the rhubarb handpies are delicious. Hoping to pay them back by being a returning costumer.

The best coffee around! We love to go here and visit. The service is outstanding. So glad they have moved into the neighborhood.
