Usually, five stars would suggest exemplary service and product. Not in this case. Another two or three stars are required to represent the stellar from-start-to-finish experience we had with New Leaf Catering. Dave, our main point of contact, was fantastic. His attention to detail, his comprehensiveness, his communication, his knowledge was top notch. And his floral arrangements were beyond fabulous. Scott, the executive chef, and his team delivered an exceptional dinner that won rave reviews from our 30 guests. New Leaf provided complete services from served catering dinner, to rentals, to staff, to flowers. Every aspect of the experience was second to none.

Scott and his team were great to work with for our 100 person wedding. People at our wedding raved about how delicious the food was, some stating that is was “the best meal they’ve ever been served at a wedding”. Staff was also friendly. Thank you Scott, Dave & Gary!

Wow!!! I am beyond impressed with New Leaf Catering, especially with their incredible attention to detail, open communication, and overall exceptional service. Working with the owner, Scotty, during one of the most stressful times of my life – the lead-up to my wedding – was a breeze. He was not only open to feedback but also welcomed it, always remaining realistic and doing his best to provide a range of options and prices. His team and staff were equally fantastic. The bartenders and servers went above and beyond, contributing significantly to the success of our event. I absolutely love this company and highly recommend New Leaf Catering for any event where quality, professionalism, and service are key!

New Leaf recently catered my 16 person wedding in the desert and it was everything and more. Before the wedding I chatted with Scott and team to perfect the menu with our favorite foods. Then day of, Scott and his day of catering staff went above and beyond. They set our table for us with all our decorations and without seeing what I wanted, captured my dream table. Dinner was exquisite, tasty and beautiful. Highly suggest using them for your event!

They only get 3 stars for a number of reasons:
1. I very specifically planned the menu to accommodate my vegan DIL, which I was assured they would do.
2. Server was unable to communicate that one appetizer had eggs in them, and they did, when she said they did not. We tried one of the appetizers and we thought it had eggs. This was not a problem, but the server assured us it did not. We had to go inside to chef who told us it did have eggs. Again, my DIL could skip it, but the server should have known it had eggs and been able to communicate this.
3. One entree was supposed to be a VEGAN lasagne including vegan cheese, and it did not. Chef said he didn't know, so she had no entree. He was able to use another dish and make it vegan, but only because we had vegan butter in the house.
4. Server's English was so bad it was almost impossible to communicate with her. See number 2 above.
While the food was good, the communication was poor between salesperson and chef, and chef left server with all the mess to clean up. And since my vegan DIL was paying for this very expensive dinner, it was even worse that she could not eat the entree especially made for her.

Even though I gave them 3 stars I would not recommend them.
