Dependably excellent quality food. Fast service. Very clean. I’ve ate at a lot of Chinese restaurants across the nation, and this is one of my fav’s. Good prices too. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the worst chinese food I've ever had. The service was subpar and the place was poorly lit.

The egg drop soup had a consistency somewhere between syrup and jell-o. Their "fried rice" is just white rice with little flecks of egg mixed in.

The sesame chicken is also served in a lake of super sweet, gelatinous sauce, with more sauce than chicken (and 3 pieces of broccoli). The chicken breading was soggy, and several pieces of chicken were tough and inedible.

Needless to say, I left feeling sick and wishing I could undo my decision to eat here. I can only assume they stay in business due to their convenient location in the downtown square and an overwhelming lack of competition in Monroe.

Hard not to be "the best chinese restaurant in town" when you're one of only two chinese restaurants in said town.

Don’t get the Crab Rangoon. You’ll pay $6 for 4 empty Wontons. Needless to say, I’m mad.
I am fairly positive that they’re not made in House either, because when I talked to the owner, she said they absolutely can not change anything about the recipe. They couldn’t add more filling if they tried.

Obviously. Because they’re frozen and shipped in.

Fast, friendly and attentive service! Great food! It was the best sweet & sour chicken I’ve had in years as well as the best hot & sour soup I’ve ever had! Thank you!

One of the least flavorful Chinese restaurants I’ve ever had. I ordered Crab Rangoons, Egg Drop Soup, Twice Cooked Pork w/fried rice. The rangoon filling tasted like straight cream cheese, no crab flavor at all. Not to mention the rangoons I received were less than half filled (see pictures). The egg drop soup was the best part of the meal, it was served barely warmed without fried noodles. The sauce on the Twice Cooked Pork was extra salty and over powered the any flavor from the rest of the dish. The so called fried rice was nothing more than white rice mixed with bits of chopped fried egg (see pics). Giving 2 stars because I can say I’ve had worse in other locations but this was a definite disappointment!

I recently dined at New Chopstick in Monroe, Wisconsin, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was disappointing, and the manager (or possibly the owner) was incredibly disrespectful.
I ordered the General Tso's Chicken, but what I received was mostly heavy breading with little to no chicken inside. Even my waiter acknowledged this, saying, "There's no chicken," although he later attempted to retract his statement.
However, the main issue was the manager’s attitude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal, the situation escalated quickly. I was simply responding truthfully when asked, "How is your food?" and I said it was terrible. That’s when things took a turn for the worse.

When for lunch in the middle of the week during workhour. Nice staff, very friendly and hard working but ver short staff. It took 10 minutes to order. (Single person - chicken and broccoli) took 40 minutes to arrive at the table, then had to eat very quickly (4 to 5 minutes) to get back to work on time. But good food at reasonable prices. Staff worked hard, just understaffed and slow. It is better to go when you have 1 1/2 to 2 hours for lunch.
