We just came back from the best vacation ever! During the planning phase, Nelly was attentive to our preferences and recommended activities according to them. We started out by relaxing in a tiny home in the Mojave Desert and proceeded to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. The last few days wound down with our own explorations. The virtual itinerary meant we didn't have to figure where to go next or where to stay. No wonder her vacations are called Dream Vacations!

Nelly Emerson is a fantastic travel agent. I told her our travel and vacation plans and the things we want included in it and she quickly worked on it, gave us multiple options and money saving suggestions. She ended up booking a great cruise and flights for us for our 32nd Anniversary. Not only is Nelly very professional but knowledgeable, proactive and meticulous on her work as well. She exercised all of her knowledge, experience, tools and resources to save us money and provide us with our dream vacation, such a great service well beyond 5-stars in my book!
