We spent the night in this hotel in November 2024. I am positive about the staff: they are very friendly and helpful. However, what I absolutely did not like was that there were cockroaches in the room (near the bathroom and sink). We found this out just before we went to bed. So too late to leave and look for another hotel. We got all our stuff off the floor and slept with the lights on. See further photo attachments. We’ve mentioned this to reception upon check out. I waited to post a review because I first asked management for a response. I have sent an email twice, but so far (it has been a month) I have not received any response.

Large comfortable rooms enable a quiet restful night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were tasteless. The property has a nice pool to cool off in, on a hot day. All in all a nice place for a very reasonable price.

I stayed at NavajoLand Inn the week of the Navajo Nation Fair. The close location to Window Rock was convenient. The room had a large table that was perfect to work in. I was able to spread my computer tech gear out and work easily. The wifi was consistent. The manager, Monica, was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot was patrolled by security. An excellent place to stay!

I was charged with a towel that had dye on i!! Yes I dye my hair as a 65 year old & have Never been charged at any Other Hotel!! I stayed for 2 nights paying over $200.. The evening front desk clerk was Very Nice & helpful.. the room was comfortable & clean!! I gave them a 5 Star!! We had to stay another night!! The next morning I went to check in again. The hotel clerk was Rude had me waiting for about 15 minutes while she was on her computer.. I asked her if I could please pay for another night!! I have to get to a conference.. She said I'm busy too!! This morning when I left she called me & said they charged me $8.00 + for My towel

Beds were comfortable and staff was nice but found a roach in my room and when moved to my new room my tub was nasty and left note to clean for multiple days and it was never done

I’m retired from work now and in my traveling years I stayed a lot at fancy and expensive motels. I say this beats 90% of the motels off the reservation. I would come and stay more often now.

Booked a room online came in at 1am. Was so tired and I used a cuss word and lady thought I said it to her and she wouldn’t let us stay there. She was not very nice and this was on 9/16:2024 so we had to go to Window Rock to book another room hopefully I get my refund back. Bad customer service mean Navajo lady!!!!

Great shower, everything you need including ironing board, fridge, micro, Keurig. Terrific staff. Gift shop that sells t-shirts and hats for cheaper than anywhere else you'll find in the Southwest. Spacious rooms, especially if you get the king. Decent continental breakfast, with hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereals (but skip the sausage gravy, which was not wonderful).
