Run do not walk away ....The absolute worst. I contacted them three weeks before I wanted to travel for my birthday to Europe. I met with Sarah gave her all the particulars for my trip. Explained it was for my birthday, time was of the essence. After a week and no response I starting looking for the flights myself. I call and request to meet with the owner Ted Lawson. In going to the office I waited extended amount of time for him. I our meeting again I explained my birthday, what activities I want to do and needing to book and my budget. I receive a email itinerary with two weeks to travel for specific activities I plainly told Sarah, Tera and Ted I had no interest in. They overshot my budget by $2,000. Since they wasted over a week the air fare had gone up $500 by now. I explained this to them and declined to book with them. I booked the trip myself. And instead of covering the increase in my flight they wanted me to accept a $200 gift card for booking with them.

The worst part is I traveled with National Travel exclusively with a federal job for five years and truly thought that meant something but I mentioned this to them and it made no difference. I mentioned my experience to the manager of my bank and she had a similar experience.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DIDN'T LISTEN.

I can't say I would recommend them. The agent we worked with booked our hotel room, but ended up being a single room. We had to upgrade to get a queen room when we got there. She used google to check reviews, which concerned me. She took a month to get back to use with any plan. We emailed and called several times. Finally, I waited in the lobby for almost 3 hours before we got anything. We ended up planning our trip ourselves. Never again will I use a travel agent.

Absolutely unacceptable. They do not return calls for weeks at a time and during a pandemic have refused to refund $5000 dollars to us for a trip we never took. This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with and everyone considering them needs to know how they do business. I wouldn’t trust a trip to the grocery store with these morons.

was supposed to get information about a trip. The lady I Spoke with in person, had taken down all my information. She was going to call me back. She has not as of this date and I went in last year. Lying to someone is not a very good business practice.
