This place is charging sit-down restaurant prices for what was essentially boxed up leftovers that were probably made two days ago.

How can you justify charging so much for a container of overcooked dried out salmon and rock hard rice? The only thing redeeming the bang bang salmon bowl was the sauce.

The pita we got to go along with the pesto chicken was very bland and stale. It’s paper thin. It felt like it was bought from a grocery store then just thrown in little ziplock bags and up charged an absurd amount.

And the egg bites were inedible. I couldn’t actually finish any of the things we bought.

What is this place?! How does it have so many good reviews? Want organic? Make the drive to chop shop or flower child or Aubergine kitchen. They’ll actually give you decent portions and freshly made food for -less-

I’ve been in here a few times and today happens to be there 1 year anniversary. So happy for them! It looks as though they’ve added to their team too and it brings me joy that this small business is thriving!

The protein brownie is AMAZING. I wanted to save half and share it with my partner later, but I couldn’t stop eating it!!

For a person such as myself with a lot of food sensitivities and digestion issues with eating out (seed oil restaurant users you know who you are!), my body feels incredible after each meal

It’s very important to me that we all as a community support small businesses such as Fresh Prep and the importance of organic Whole Foods. This shop is a sparkle of hope in their continuation through this time of inflation in sharing safe, quality ingredients with the community and I thank them so much!

They have amazing staple items I see that stick around, while they change up their menu each week. Truly ‘Fresh Prep’!

Today I ordered the avocado with the fixings and added sausage…exactly what I needed after my workout this morning. To my surprise, two whole toasts!! Worth every penny.

Natalie and her family live out their mission of eating REAL, organic food! And they extremely passionate about spreading that passion with others! Natalie's Fresh Prep is truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel at home! You know exactly what you are getting and it's ALL REAL FOOD! None of that FDA approved chemical crap! It's all conveniently packages to go and she has an amazing selection of drinks! The other day I got my lunch, an additional mean for my partner for dinner, a few kombuchas AND a free bag of chips! It really is all that and a bag of chips! I live so close and am now making this a part of my regular meal planning. I feel great and.....it's about supporting another local business! If you think you can't afford healthy, organic, real food..... think again! Make it a point to stop in and tell them Sippy Crumbs says hello! And be sure to go get you picture taken! Natalie's husband does incredible artwork and tattooing! You deserve the best. You deserve Natalie's Fresh Prep!

Love Natalie's Fresh Prep. It's a quick and easy way to get local fresh and nutritious meals. Options are available for those with dietary restriction. Perfect sized portions and a variety of meals offered on their weekly menus make this a great stop for lunch. There is breakfast and smoothies too. Subscriptions and online ordering make things easy.

Finally made it into the shop! It is so nice and clean in there! Ari took care of me, she was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back. I got the pumpkin protein shake & chicken salad snack box. so yummy!

It’s a healthy and organic eatery that’s also convenient. Since it’s both healthy and convenient, expect to pay more than expected. If you’re cool with that, the food really is clean and good for your body. We got two protein shakes. They felt really organic and the worker offered to remake it if we didn’t like it. Super nice of her.

Came across Natalie’s while on a work trip. Great grab and go options for lunch. Healthy food, low calorie, and very tasty! Staff was accommodating (we did not know what Natalie’s was about before walking in), heated up our grab and go items in-house, and we ate in the restaurant. Definitely will come back on my next work trip next month!

Have the most delicious Quinoa Salmon Salad Bowl at Natalie's Fresh Prep. So flavorful and all organic. I loved it.‼️🔥

I will be coming back soon as Natalie serves breakfast also. The acai smoothie bowls look out of this world delicious.

This is a fantastic fresh prep restaurant which makes a very healthy breakfast lunch or dinner easy peasy. Just pick up the food on the way home from work and you are all set the next. 5 stars. Highly recommend!!!
