Absolutely recommended for anyone seeking for a different outdoors experience. The staff is very professional, the flight is absolutely peaceful, gorgeous, and it offers amazing sights of the Napa Valley. The team is very organized.

It is not cheap! But I can say it was worth it. It was my first time in a hot air balloon, and after this experience I would repeat with no doubt.

The pilot made us feel safe during the entire time.

Just an incredible experience. You could have talked me out of this so easily. We were lucky enough to go to 10,800 feet which I believe is very unusual!! Our pilot, Jake, was a true pro and always made us feel comfortable. Well done!!

A fantastic experience, we booked something originally a couple of years back and due to wind conditions it didn’t work out that day. Sure are glad we gave it another try. The ride is no different than standing on your own two feet on the ground, except you’re 700 feet over the vineyards and wineries of Napa. Chad was a fantastic guide, knowing who owned which houses and vineyards below and kept us feeling safe and secure the whole time. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I did the balloon ride as part of a trip for our 10th anniversary. We were picked up by a shuttle at our hotel - we didn't realize at the time that our driver was also our balloon pilot! We had a few minutes to sign forms, have coffee and a snack (we brought our own gluten free pastries from our hotel, but if you aren't gluten free they had a decent spread). They let us know we'd be without a bathroom for about 2.5 hours which made everyone drinking coffee squirm a bit - but honestly the experience was so engaging I never thought about needing a bathroom. Beautiful weather, not too chilly but I'd recommend a knit cap. They told us no purses but then indicated we could have brought a small fanny pack or cross body bag that is close to the chest, so if you do need to carry something important a small bag works. So nice to take in the valley from the sky - we were the first ones up and only 2 other balloons that day. Cruised over my high school and landed beautifully in a park in Napa. A short shuttle ride back to our starting point where they had mimosas, juice, and more coffee waiting. We were actually done by about 9 so we had this awesome adventure and then still a full day. Would highly recommend.

Awesome experience! We were worried that it would be cancelled because Napa Valley was socked in with fog. We were driven to Pope Valley and had a wonderful ride. Great job and kudos to the Aloft team!!

Great experience. Very organized and staff is great. The views of Napa and the feeling of surrendering yourself to the process and wind suspended in a hot air balloon is incredible. Highly recommend.
