The night clerk was welcoming, polite, patient & swift. I asked for a room change & he accomodated my request immediately. The room was clean & comfy. The day clerk was kind, social,|polite & informative. Overall my stay was|more than very pleasant.

Walking into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me with the check-in process. Walking into my room, I immediately noticed how clean the room was and it felt very homey. The decor was comfortable and eye pleasing, and there was even a nice, large, comfy recliner, which meant I could watch TV and eat comfortably. There was a nice large microwave, induction stove top, coffee pot, and large refrigerator. (no pans to cook with or plates to eat on, though). The bathroom was nice too! The heating system was nice and quiet. The walls were a bit thin as I could hear people talking next door but that's pretty common... I will definitely be back and refer My Place Hotel!

Room was incredibly clean. The front desk attendants were very courteous and polite. I was just visiting town for a few days but the few times we interacted they were pleasant and professional. Great value for the price of the room.

From the booking through checkout we had the best experience. The customer service was 10/10. They were able to accommodate all or our needs and made the process smooth. We had to check in late and a wonderful staff member stayed to make sure it went easy upon arrival. The amenities and rooms were impeccable. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend!

This was the best hotel experience I have had in a while. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean—immaculately clean. I am in the business of housekeeping, specifically in environmental services within hospitals and clinics. I was impressed at the standard the room was kept to for an arrival. I am grateful to the staff and managers who make it a point to uphold these standards. Dedication to an excellent hospitality experience is at the forefront of every person's mind here. Not only were the rooms clean, but the hallways, the stairs, the elevator, and the lobby all were clean nearly all of the time. Even in some places most people do not check or consider were dust free! I have enjoyed my stay here and can only sum up the experience as being the best in hospitality. From a CHESP, CESE, thank you for a wonderful experience. You have made me a dedicated My Place resident for all of my travels.

This place is amazing and very dog friendly. Even on 2nd floor, we were right by stairs by outside door doggie area exit. The check was very easy and rooms were some of the cleanest on our trip and we stayed in 4-5 star ratings. |Plenty of plug-ins and extra towels and concessions are open 24hours if you need snacks are food that's not sweets.

Simple and clean hotel. Lobby is really simple and not big. But rooms are updated and clean. Location is perfect, next to the mall. No continental breakfast, but there is some breakfast items for purchase.

For the price, you can do SO MUCH WORSE! The beds are comfortable, most of the time the rooms are super clean, and the kitchenette is so nice to have. Only thing that would be better is if it came stocked with cookware and cutlery. I would certainly recommend
