I had a concern regarding my hotel reservation, and when I sought assistance, the general manager treated me very poorly. She was rude and seemed bothered when her employee asked for help about my concerns. Additionally, she did not handle the situation privately, making me feel unheard and disrespected as a paying customer this is not acceptable and myself nor my co workers plan to return as long as this hotel is ran by Melissa.

Over the years I've witnessed great front desk personal go from loving their job to dreading being hired because of Melissa and now I understand why she is point blank rude for no good reason there is nothing friendly about her and she stays changing the prices and adding on random fees without any explanation. She hides in her office when customers need answers and bullies her staff into handling her mistakes but truly they are never handled not in person nor over the phone. Melissa needs TO GO

Okay price. No pots/pans in kitchen. Had to purchase, gimmick. Also brought home some bed bugs from this hotel. Will NEVER stay again.

Positive: The beds were super comfy. The room was extra clean. The front desk staff was so nice and very accommodating for late check out. This is why I will always stay at My Place if its an option when traveling Negative: There was a slight weird humming noise that I could hear throughout the night. I dont know if it had to do something with the mechanics of the elevator since we were right by it, but it was slightly annoying since Im a light sleeper. Negative: ""

Front desk & cleaning staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Beds were very comfy. I like the fact you can open a window in your room which many hotels do not have. Very close to the Pasco Sporting Complex. The only issue I had was the $300 a night rate I paid because of supply/demand issues the wknd we stayed given there were so many sporting events/tournaments going on. Otherwise, the hotel was very well maintained, clean and rooms were good size

The housekeeping department does NOT clean especially if you are there for extended stay. Apparently, cleaning in scheduled every 4 days but were not talking calendar days, it’s according to their count. Even when they do come to your room, they only switch out towels and count that as your room being serviced. They don’t clean! The housekeeping manager will lie and mark in her book that a full service cleaning was done and the hotel manager will believe the housekeeers.
Don’t be surprised if you end up on dirty used linen too.

There is also no customer payment privacy. If you’re there with others or a group, the manager Melissa will discuss your transactions with others as she has done with another person from our group and disclosed his information to me then when the cleaning issue was brought up to her, she made it sound like i was responsible for this other adult and his room fee when i already told her we are all responsible for the payment of our room. Actually, her own staff reversed charges and somehow that’s my fault because at the time she says to me, you people just stiffed me $300, i told her, not I because I was paid up to the checkout date.
I’ve called corporate but have not heard back from them. When I asked Melissa for corporate’s number she replied and said find it yourself, they’re not going to do anything.

Positives first, the staff is very helpful, very polite, and do a great job. I stayed two nights and never had an issue with the staff. Room was clean, so if you are just looking for somewhere to crash, it’s not a bad option. Water was hot and good water pressure, we all know that is important.

Negatives- I was hit hard with the smell of marijuana. It was really strong. To each their own, but not what I wanted my kids breathing in. Price seems low, but there are no real amenities, so in reality it wasn’t really worth the price. I’m sure this is just a random thing, but condom wrapper in the elevator…not the first impression we wanted.

Sorry to say, wouldn’t stay again. Two other nearby hotels, cost a bit more but have better amenities for the price.

Came to Pasco on 3 weeks for business, finished the project sooner than projected. With more than a week's notice, we tried to cancel the last week of our reservation they stated, "you cannot cancel because you will STILL be charged for the room.

Room was clean and comfortable but if artificial fragrances bother you them don’t stay here! Our room reeked of lemon cleaner the entire time. Luckily we only booked one night so we toughed it out but it was bad. Other than that no complaints.
