When i got there the room smelled of dirty Mop water.
The beds were terrible and uncomfortable, gave me back pain.
The location is sketchy and not very safe. The hot water cuts out CONSTANTLY and so does the water pressure. The wifi barely works im not sure if it works at all. I had to use my mobile data the entire time. The staff is friendly atleast and we're very kind. The overall quality of the hotel was absolutely horrible.

I booked through Expidia and gave an honest review when prompted after check in. 10 minutes after my review, my concerns were addressed. The guy was friendly, respectful and extremely helpful. I have stayed in rooms for less than I am paying for this one, but those are not the sort of rooms most people feel safe in over night. Its not extremely quiet because its a busy hotel, near other busy hotels, and you can't control the people driving by or being loud when they come in, but it feels safe enough, and we have not had any trouble with anyone. The wifi works well, so i am able to work in the room. The staff at the desk have been friendly and helpful. Im a single mom with my young teen, and nowhere in town is perfectly safe, but I feel like I can count on the staff to step in if there were any trouble.

Very nice rooms for the price like a little apartment with a single burner cooktop large fridge and 2 sinks. great service there is a $50 deposit when checking in so come prepared for that lots of food and convenience stores close by!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous. Rooms are nice, just wasn't cleaned very well. Don't like the no phones in rooms, but overall nice place for the price you pay.

Very dingy and gross. Peeling paint and nasty nasty carpet. DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT! There was trash in the room, leftover beer from a previous guest in the mini fridge. Carpet coming up, dirty bedding and even though we were in a smoke free room, everything smelled of cigarettes. The people that work here however are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in customer service. They are the saving grace for this place.

My stay at this hotel lasted about 15 minutes. The room we were given was dingy and every surface was covered with cigarette burns. The phone didn't work, the heater didn't work and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that leaked what smelled like sewage directly over the toilet. The positive I will give is that they didn't resist when I asked for a rerun.

Update 2/28/23: Per the managers response below. Obviously you take my review seriously. It only took you one year to respond. Never ever again.

I am only giving a one because that is my only choice. The room was horrible there was broken glass on the floor to which my fiance stepped and I had to dig it out of his foot. There was mold on the roof in the room. The connecting room door was busted and almost off its hinges. There was a short in the Ac/Heating unit if you move the cord it would cut the ac off. There was wiring hanging out of the roof.
The Lady at the front desk was sweet as could be she had a great disposition. I enjoyed speaking with her. If I could give them a Rating it would be 5 * Stars. The Night as well as the Day ladies at the front desk were the nicest people that I have ever checked in with out of the 35 states I have been to.

It was so bad I dont know where to start. Wall[a[er peeling off the walls ,Filthy ripped carpet. Only one lamp worked. The bathtub finish was peeling ,Horrible towels. The light swith in the vanity area was missing so no light. Ripped drapes that would not close. The bar was out of business The Dining room was out of business. The pool was closed. The ice machine was broke, I counted only five cars for the entire motel. DO NOT STAY
