Mr. Greenwood – Outstanding Service at Murrieta Hot Springs Spa
I cannot recommend Mr. Greenwood enough! He went above and beyond to help me create an unforgettable birthday celebration for my girlfriend and her friends at the Murrieta Hot Springs Spa. From the very beginning, he was attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making the experience perfect.
Not only did he accommodate all of our requests, but he also offered thoughtful suggestions that elevated the celebration to another level. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to him, the entire day was seamless, relaxing, and absolutely magical.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about making your experience special, Mr. Greenwood is the person to trust. I am incredibly grateful for his efforts and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at Murrieta Hot Springs! The hot springs were beautifully maintained, and every tub was clean and inviting. The activities were a highlight—especially the aqua yoga and aqua sound bath, which were incredibly relaxing. The mud station was also a nice touch.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, and even the other guests were welcoming and kind. While we didn’t get a chance to try the on-site dining, we appreciated having several options available. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and tastefully updated. However, the walls are quite thin, and despite the provided earplugs, I could still hear my neighbors. As a sensitive sleeper, this was my only real complaint. Additionally, some guests ignored the quiet space signs, talking loudly on their phones—I would love to see a no-phone policy in the future.
That said, the location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic and rejuvenating getaway, and I would definitely return!

My partner and I were looking for a getaway for our anniversary, and during my research, I came across Murrieta Hot Springs. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating. Although our room wasn't ready since we checked in early, we were able to enjoy the grounds right away and begin our stay. It felt like heaven, especially since we both love relaxing poolside. The thermal waters were amazing, and we appreciated the adult-only section for a peaceful experience. They also have a cold plunge, sauna and steam room which we enjoyed so much.
When we checked into our room, we were blown away by how spacious it was, and we enjoyed a truly relaxing time. The gym was fantastic, equipped with top-notch workout machines.
We also had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful waitress named Ahnee, who truly exemplified excellent customer service. Her warm personality made us feel like we’d known her for years. Despite being the only one working, she handled everything with grace and ensured everyone was happy.
I look forward to going back to Murrieta hot springs as I have been telling all my friends.

Came here back in November to celebrate anniversary. Was a wonderful experience!! The service is exceptional, which really made the place feel like a rustic Ritz-Carlton experience. The room was very nice. The only thing is that there was a family with toddler above our room and we could hear all the running around. The service from the front desk (Marques) to poolside restaurant (Anhe) and everywhere else was phenomenal and really made the entire experience!! Have already recommended this place to so many and will definitely be returning!

Go here if you are thinking about it. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve been to hotspring complexes all around the world, and this one stands out as one of the best. I got a massage so I had access to the “spa services” area with special pools, which were great. Nadia was at the desk and greeted me with profound professionalism and kindness. She guided me with very clear instructions on what to do and where to go. I got a massage with Michael, and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve gotten many. Nadia and Micheal should get a raise for their outstanding performance. The rest of the place is incredible, the pools and layout and mud bath are beautiful. The kind ladies working at the mud area helped me above and beyond to understand the process. Everyone here is super helpful, and the experience of being there all day was unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone; family with kids, friends, people advanced in age, and even those with injuries or disabilities as the water proved to be very therapeutic. Just stop thinking about and go, and get a massage from Micheal so you get to meet Nadia!

I am very blessed to have a job where I get to travel to some amazing destination spas and resorts. I'd heard great things about the spa at Murietta Hot Springs so I booked a Serious Sleep Massage with Tony.
I am not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the best massages I have ever had. It was the perfect combination of relaxing and pressure to relieve sore muscles. Tony is a gifted massage therapist, and my only regret is not booking a longer massage. I will be booking again.
The entire spa was lovely. The spa manager Angie was there to make sure everything was perfect and she was so kind and really takes pride in the spa.
Elsie at the front was extremely helpful and welcoming. Since I had never been before they gave the rundown on how to check in in the bathhouse and where the private spa pools were.
It is definitely worth buying a spa service, as you get free admission to the hot springs pools, which is normally $90. Getting a spa service also gives you access to a robe and a large locker, which makes it a pretty awesome value.
The staff at the front of the bathhouse is also very kind and helpful. They set me up with my wristbands and a locker.
The pools are great and there is tons of space to spread out and everything was clean and tidy.
There were some gorgeous swans on property, and they were friendly and really fun to watch.
I can't wait to come back. It was a lovely experience.

We had day passes and enjoyed our time tremendously. We met a lot of other guests and had great conversations. The outdoor staff worked hard and were friendly. From the gal that lead the cold plunge/gratitude circle, to the guy that adjusted the heat in the pools, to the very busy server that answered questions in a kind way even though she probably answers the same questions all day. The indoor staff seemed a bit annoyed. Take our own food. The little market/cafe by the pools does not have good food. They could elevate the experience by hiring a chef to create small plates, authentic tasty tacos, snacks or dishes that blend different flavors together. Also have indoor staff that is engaging and knowledgeable. This was the only downside.

I visited the resort and spa on February 8, 2025. My partner and I scheduled two massages that day, which includes day passes to the hot springs. We arrived early to soak in the pools before our massages. Upon arrival, we checked in at the front desk (by the locker rooms). During check-in, the Murrieta Springs employee requested that I provide my credit card for payment. In response, I informed her that we would be using a gift card for our massages/day pass. She responded that she did not need the gift card at that time, as this would be handled during the time of our massages, and further requested my credit card "to have on file." I obliged, providing my credit card. We proceeded with our day. We checked in for our massages at the front desk (by the locker rooms) and the front desk at the spa (where massages occurred). We informed both employees at both desks that we would be paying with a gift card for the massages. Both employees informed us that this would be handled after the massage. ||When it came time to pay for the massages, we were told by the employee at the front desk of the hot springs (by the locker room) that the massages were charged to my credit card. My partner and I informed her this was incorrect as we were paying with a gift card. In fact, the employee that informed us my credit card was charged was the employee that we checked-in with prior to the massages (i.e., the employee we directly instructed regarding payment on the gift card). Due to the employee's inability to reverse the charge on my credit card and charge the gift card, she called her manager. My partner and I spent approximately 15 minutes just waiting for the manager to show up to resolve this issue. Then, we spent another 15 minutes explaining the issue and waiting for her to refund the $550 to my credit card and use the gift card. The manager indicated that she refunded the $550 and it would show up on my card within a couple of business days. The manager was either incompetent at her job or misrepresented the steps she took to issue my refund because I was never refunded the $550. ||I disputed the charge on my card days later and my bank has re-billed me the $550 that I never should have incurred. Despite speaking with at least 4 employees on multiple occasions about the gift card, I was still charged the full $550. ||As if this was not enough, my partner and I did not enjoy our experience and will not be returning. First, there was a wake the day we attended that overpopulated the parking situation, so my partner and I were forced to circle the facilities for 20-30 minutes to eventually park in a dirt field. A message to guests beforehand would have been appreciated. The locker room was not properly stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, bags for bathing suits, etc. Additionally, there was a towel shortage and we were unable to receive clean towels after our massages. Finally, the employees are clearly not trained well enough to handle basic requests from guests. The only redeeming feature of our experience was our massages/masseuses, which we were forced to pay for out-of-pocket.
