Ms. Jay’s I mean momma jay’s is 100% the restaurant you must visit. The atmosphere is so warming. Please be patient as this is a small family business “for now”. She makes sure your plate ?️ is nice and full and neat. I would highly recommend you to go.

My husband Googled Ms. J's Cafe while traveling home. It was great! The amount of food for the price was uuhhhmazing!!!
The cuisine is southern soul food. It is hearty, well-seasoned, mouth-watering, and simply delicious!
The staff is friendly and welcoming. It felt like we had went to our family's home for Sunday dinner! I enjoyed every bite ?!
We stopped for a second visit the very next week (the other day ?)!

Great food great price good service - in my opinion they could use more help but I understand good help is very hard to find…. Very small eating area - clean and quiet but I’m a big guy and just felt a lil cramped is all. I’ll certainly be going back!!

Had lunch at Ms. J's Cafe and Catering Services again today. Catfish was perfectly seasoned and fried. No fishy taste at all. Cole slaw was great. Onion rings were made with sweet onions. No strong onion taste. Excellent. My husband's hamburger was so thick. Wish I had measured it, and he said it and his French fries were so good. His plate was actually enough for two people. We will be back again. Staff are so nice.

While we were traveling from New Orleans to Nashville, we found this homey place. It is a auntentic south restaurant and food is a sample of it. I ordered a catfish dinner that was perfectly fried with a delicious taste.. It was perfect. The Cole slaw salad was very good too. We also ordered a hamburger that jad a very unique flavour. This is a very good restaurant where it is worth the stop... 100% recommended!!!

My wife and children and I go to Livingston every Sunday morning for church and on our way home a few weeks ago due to roadwork on the interstate we took the Fosters exit to go around it and we passed this restaurant and thought we should give that a try but we never seemed to have time but today we were able to stop and eat and let me just say I was completely blown away with how fantastic the food was. If you are around Fosters just do yourself a favor and drop in, the fried catfish was amazing and the mac and cheese was just out of this world. The atmosphere was so down home and the people running the place went above and beyond for the customers. 11 out of 10.

Holy Moly!!!! Please don’t tell any of my friends and family who’ve smoked me ribs, but Ms. J’s ribs are the BEST I’ve EVER HAD. Wow.

The slaw—wow! The okra—YUM! The greens! Yummy!!! Excuse the bone in the pic. I dug in (clearly) before stopping (momentarily) to snap the pic.

Hubby’s burger had thick cooked bacon—wow! Ms. J is so sweet and cooks it all!

Her sweet grands served the food. Idk about you, but I LOVE family businesses, especially amazing ones like this one!

And check out my doggy bag—so much food! Go visit, and tell Ms. J that Rachel from Mississippi sent ya! <3
