Well…I’ve stayed at Motel 6 all over the PNW, California and Colorado to name a few for over 30 years and this one is top 3 the WORST.

First off, the staff is accommodating, friendly and very professional. They really do try to give the best, professional service.

To the bad: My room had no WiFi, it also smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I had to leave the bathroom shut at all times. The bed was badly stained and the bed frame itself was broken. TV worked ( sort of) but most of the time it was a choice of 2-3 channels. I was on a work trip so most of this was unknown until I got everything unpacked and settled. I was not offered a room change, was told to come up to the office, get signal and it would carry back… it didn’t. Lights went out over sink and in the shower, asked to have it fixed and was told “ I’ll leave a note”

Homeless man living in truck on property that used outside around hotel as his personal bathroom, I heard tons of complaints… nothing was done, he was still there when I left after two weeks!!!

The location is good, the location is also LOUD. The grounds are not mowed or kept clean in any manner, garbage everywhere-I don’t suggest wandering outside on weekends. In short, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at Motel 6, and I have to give special recognition to Tacey at the front desk at Everett North location for recommendations on other locations to stay while traveling the staff at Tumwater went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of during our stay. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and easy.

Easy to get to from the freeway. Rooms are a bit small but that's OK. No fridge or microwave tho.
Billy was a real blessing. Nice guy who treats all like they matter. Billy alone would a great reason to stay here.
It was fairly quite. I got a decent night's sleep.
The image of the drain. It's a flip plug. Never seen one like that b4. Just push on one side to drain the tub.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were made, pillows smelled fresh. Great location and lots of green to walk my dog. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay

I booked our stay on hotels.com and then called the motel directly to make sure we got a room on the ground floor due to my wife's mobility limitations. Brian got us into a great room just steps away from our parking space. The room was clean and the beds were perfect for our needs. We could hear the neighbors through the walls, but the price and convenience more than made up for that. There was no phone or clock in the room, which did make us feel a little out of touch with the front office in case we needed anything. But the office staff all seemed friendly and helpful.

Checked in for 2 nights. There was public hairs between the sheets. The sheets were wrinkled and not changed from prior guest. I complained to front desk. Front desk refused to check me out. Refused to refund any money whatsoever - even the second nights stay. Front desk gave me an email address and phone number to complain.

No response to emails, no response the messages left of answering service.

Basically, the hotel took 2 nights payment and told me to go pound sand, hence this review.

Housekeeping is the worst, cutting corners to get rooms ready for next guest. Front desk assumes no responsibility. Management makes no attempt to address a very legitimate complaint.

the staff here are friendly and the price is fair. after a long day it was nice to check in quickly and get to my room. the rooms are simple and clean. there are many places to walk my dog and pets stay free at motel 6. what an amazing value at a time of exorbitant prices for services.

Great experience from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left! Amazing staff all the way around from housekeeping and maintenance to the front desk.the room looked and smelt great. I'm always recommending this motel 6 to family and friends who are coming to the area for a visit!
