The property is now a Park Inn by Radisson, part of the Choice Hotels brand group. Knowing this was a former Motel6, and pricing being in the economy class, my expectations were low. The property isn't terrible. It's an economy property, priced accordingly. Unfortunately, for this neighborhood at that rate, it seems to attract some really sketchy people. In fact, so sketchy, noisy, and rude, I can only give this property a one star rating. Guy appears to be dealing drugs out of a room a few doors down from me. A steady stream of people, some riding up on bikes, to meet with the guy staying in that room. Multiple kids in the room next to mine, banging on the door to their room, repeatedly. Guy shouting profanities right outside my door. These people have made my stay miserable, as they keep waking me up and making so much noise. Doesn't feel safe. I will not stay here again and don't recommend it. Park Inn would be better served to keep people like this away but my sense is that management doesn't care. Anywhere would be better than this property. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I don't want to give it low stars, It has nice rooms that are always clean and nice people. But after hiring that there got to skyrocket the piece of the rooms to try and not have to deal with homeless people was Hart breaking for me and my wife he have been homeless for a year now and finally just started getting on are feet kuz of this place but now the rooms being at $100 or more is going to put us back on the street with are dog. I feel like the should keep the rate low like they have been to support those in need no hard feelings but I think it's kind of f up to do that to people just kuz you don't want to deal with the or up right don't like them

So upsetting. I tried to walk in and book as I was soo tired and I was close to Denny's just after 8pm. Sign on the door said back soon, but I waited over 45 minutes, checking back over and over to see if the door was unlocked. Ended up going somewhere else across town. I am in town a lot and will never attempt this location again, nor will I refer my co-workers here. No type of service, no one answered the phone during my wait.

Initially they sent me to a room that hadn't been made up yet. It smelled and was dirty. Then they sent me to a room with no microwave and no efrigerator. The television didn't work and I was told that the cable was being repaired. When I walked around the neighborhood I saw no repairs going on. When I confronted them about this, they caught an attitude and told me that the cable was being repaired. When I checked in the woman at the front desk was all giggles. I even flirted with her a little bit. She was very kind. But when I checked out the next day and complained about the condition of my room, that smile turned into a snarl. I asked for a discount and was refused. $104 for a room with no microwave and no refrigerator and the TV did not work. I could have slept in my truck which has a microwave and refrigerator. I also could have used, which I did in the room my telephone for television. I would not recommend anyone stay at this piece of crap hotel. If you you are a truck driver and you're looking for a hotel that has truck parking do not stay here. That was the only good thing, I could park my truck there.

The rooms are dirty. There's cockroaches everywhere. The women who work the front desk are nosy and rude.

People always tend to give places like this bad reviews because they're basing it on their stays at three and four Star hotels. As far as affordable basic motels go, this Motel 6 is pretty much like all the rest of them, consistent with the standard that comes with the name Motel 6, maybe even a little better as far as customer service goes. I stayed at so many Motel 6s all over the country and I would say this one is of four out of five star in the grand Motel 6 scheme. The front desk staff were very pleasant helpful and accommodating. They didn't look at me with judgmental eyes or charged me some ridiculous deposit that doesn't exist. In fact they gave me a decent room for the night, I paid in cash and that was that. I can say from experience that it doesn't always go that way. But it's only 3:00 and who knows what happens at night around here. But from the looks of it probably a whole lot of nothing but the usual.

I read reviews here and some people were complaining about roaches. But, it's not the motel's fault. I am pretty sure if people see roaches in their home they are not going to leave their home they will just kill the roaches or get pest control to come out and spray. Give the motel a break. They are going their best to control the roach issue. Some people are just too much. From my experience, the motel is quite with friendly staff. They have remodel the rooms and its better than it was a couple of years ago. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. I would come again to stay. Thanks for always making me feel welcome.

First room: 102 Ground floor, stained bedspread with holes. Red stain on floor with footprints in it. Nail polish on the sink. Hair on the shower walls. Rust stains from the faucet to the drain in tub.

Second room: 253? knob to safety latch broken off, but better room than the first.

Service: speaking to eachother in another language in front of patron about patron's situation. Loitering around rooms and even entering adjoining empty rooms.

Safety: leering men walking around at all hours. Police activity in the parking lot twice in one night.

Price: 93 dollars after tax.

Decision: NOT WORTH IT.
