I never have issues with the front desk. I mostly get to see the blonde female who like everyone else that works at the front desk is excellent. If I have an issue she is more than willing to take a look and even switch rooms. Although, I am homeless, when I get paid and feel like getting a room for a night or two I always choose motel 6 at Sunland Gin and I-10. Excellent, friendly, very welcoming, and great hospitality.

By far the worst service I have ever received. Their internet is really bad. I talked to the front desk and he was not helpful at all. Blaming the internet on everything.. Too many tenants, maybe people downloading stuff, maybe my phone was outdated. All these weird claims. I would never stay here again

We stayed at the Eloy Casa Grande Motel 6 on the 14th and 15th of January 2025. As soon as my husband and I arrived the man at the desk refused to give us his military discount. We were desperate took the room anyways. Went to the room, I immediately needed to use the restroom. This is where it gets quite disgusting fair warning. Apon approaching the toilet area I noticed there was dried urine on the outside of the toilet on the seat and on the ring. I looked into the tub and saw what I thought was to be a spider but it turned out to be a huge blob of black hair stuck & dried out in the drain. I went to the front office and asked if he could please have the room cleaned. He said certainly but nobody could be in there. This I completely understand for their safety and ours. We took our belongings put them back into our vehicle and went to lunch with a relative. We were gone approximately 4 hours. We were told that the room was ready. I go in to the room the hair plug is still in the tub, the urine is still present on the toilet. And I noticed there was a something that looked like lotion squirted all over the bathroom door and dried that I had not noticed before. I look into the corners the sink the outlets they all have Brown and red spots on them not sure what that was. I turned down the bed and inspected because of how filthy disgusting and putrid rest of the room was. My husband's discovered several dead bed bug carcasses. On further inspection we found live bed bugs in the shower curtain in the towels and deeper in the bed. We went to the office requested our money back so we can find somewhere else we were told all rentals are final. So we pulled a tarp out of our vehicle spreading over the bed spent the night. In the morning way before check out we went to turn in the cards for the door. The Man Behind the Counter which was the same one that checked us in ask me how our stay was. When I repeated what I had already told him 2 to 3 times he literally laughed at me and said you stayed the night though didn't you. Whatever you do do not under any circumstances stay in this motel. The parking lot was so pitted with potholes it was very difficult to navigate. The restaurant next door had roaches that were as big as an adult's hand please just do not stay here they are rude inconsiderate disgustingly filthy. So don't do it!!!!!

The rooms are not bad, but they’re not perfect either. I would like to highlight how friendly and awesome the staff is….Stormy was the one who was taking care of us and she was amazing. Very helpful and understanding of our needs. Very comforting and I loved her professionalism. I felt comfortable being here.

Had to stay at this place a few times. The rooms are very roomy and clean, has typical mini fridge and microwave. We’ve never had issues with bugs like other places. The staff is very friendly and professional. Location is good, the only thing if you’re staying an extended amount of time, you have to drive about 15 mins to get to a grocery store or businesses other than there’s a Golden 9 Next Door, Arbys At Loves Travel Stop, Burger King, Black Bear Diner At Petro Travel Center, And A Subway At Pride Travel Center, bonus, it’s nice and quiet besides the diesel trucks which isn’t really a bother😊

The location seems perfect. Right off of the freeway. Halfway between my starting and ending destinations. The friendly night shift employee and I joked about this location being “halfway between everywhere”. They were very funny and friendly. A wonderful experience.
The room was very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised.
Overall, a wonderful stay. I rested well and got back on the road.

The Young Lady that Checked me in Was VERY Friendly and Knowledgeable! Very Helpful!
It's a Motel 6 so don't expect the Ritz. It is relatively clean and comfortable. It is Value Priced.

I would stay here again if in the area needing a room. Motel 6 now part of OYO

When we arrived Stormy greeted my wife and was very observant, she seen we pulled up and dropped my wife off at the door in a uhaul and pulled around. Got the room and she come outside to show us a place to park it right in view from our room. Room has bad drain problems with the shower and sink but thats not her fault. Her service is awesome! the gentleman at the desk day shift was very pleasant and friendly too. Wouldn't mind staying again for the price it was worth it.
