Travelling for work, so I was looking for someplace close and with a reasonable price point. Three nights 2 separate stays. The first stay, was okay. The floorboards were nailed down at the foot of the bed. The nail kept coming up and cutting my socks/feet. The bathroom for the second stay was bad. Tub is horribly damaged. Walls have damage on them and need resurfaced threw out the room. There was mold/mildew on the wall art, under the glass. Kind of made me uncomfortable as to what could be lurking in the walls. The room is actually pictured on the website. Swell the picture, you can see the mold/mildew in the artwork. I would be embarrassed to put that out there for people to see. The battery cover for the TV remote is missing. The microwave is dirty. The entire room needs someone, experienced with how to clean, to give it a good thorough scrubbing. There should not be that much dust in the towel cubbies.
So far the staff has been friendly. When checking out at the first stay, the gentleman tried to tell me there were no nails in the floorboards. I gave up trying to speak with him as he acted like he wanted to argue. The holes in my slipper socks and scratch on the bottom of the foot says different.
The location is a bit tricky to get in and out. But with Bob Evans next door and me having down time, I never had to leave the motel once I came back from work. It was quiet and I appreciated that. I don't like city noises, what I could hear was much better than some places I have stayed at. Like other people, I agree, the beds are so comfortable and worth it right now. (Or maybe I'm over tired from driving.)

I got in at midnight
Night clerk was nice.
First glance room looked good. After bring all my stuff in and ready to hit the sheets, pulled back sheet and gobs of hair in the sheets! Grossed me out! Slept in my clothes! Yuck! Spoke with owner in morning and he didn't care. As others stated, he yelled "we are a pet friendly hotel!" That doesn't change sheets after each guest stays. Ps. It was nasty people hair 🤮

We had a nice clean room . The queen beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. Pet friendly at no extra charge. Close to restaurants and the major roads. Hot water!

I would sleep in a porta potty before I would stay here again. Rude, disrespectful people that don't treat anyone kindly but are only worries about the bottom line. Rooms aren't even clean, they never come to get laundry or trash and yell at customers when they have to do their jobs.

Positive: Pet friendly Negative: My now emotional support animals took off out the room door after a night at the casino. Instead of assisting me in a panic trying to recover my fur babies to get them safely in the room. Instead the night time clerk called law enforcement on me .

Positive: "" Negative: The room was made up and ready. Or so it looked. The floors hadn?t been swept or mopped. There was purple shavings of some sort all over the floor. The sheets were stained and torn.

Positive: "" Negative: My husband and are was sitting outside and there were two people next door to us that were sitting in there truck. We sat outside for about an hour and all we kept smelling was pot. So we decided to just go inside.

Manager was caught staring through hotel room window watching myself and my daughter laying in bed. Filed a report which only led him to harass and yell at me for filing the complaint and telling me I had to leave. Called police. Told me if my window is open expect people to watch what I’m doing.
