Not a bad location, front desk was helpful. Booked a non smoking room and when opened after checking in it smelled strongly of weed. Switched to another non smoking room that still smelt strongly of weed. Strong enough that our bags got searched by the K9s the next day at the airport. Would stay again if I had to but you get what you pay for. Pool was also closed.

Able to get a room for the night without reserving online or by phone. There are a lot of guests here tonight. Quick access to 1-40 and many close restaurants or fast food, in fact Freddy's is arms reach away. I was told the room I'm in is an UPGRADE for I think she said $79+tax. It's a very clean room, and so is the bathroom. The TV has a big fridge for being a motel room. For the most part it is quiet.

Don't likes:
This is a 3 story motel and I'm on the 2nd floor. I'm exhausted and what I hear is heavy walking and lots of noise.

Horrible customer service in the morning as well as on Tuesday evening. Night check in staff (was a lady) was much friendlier and accommodating. Allows smoking near non-smoking rooms and near rooms for the disabled. When asked about it since our family is allergic to marijuana and smoke, the night staff did nothing about it and stated “smoking is allowed near non-smoking rooms.” Walls are paper thin. When asked if pool was open, was told by morning staff “no” in the morning (mind you it was 90F during springtime) and then an hour or so later, people are swimming. Maid service is only offered on specific days but they are friendly. Mattress beds are very hard. One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Hotel only offers soap-no lotion, toiletries or even Kleenex tissue.

This is the best motel six I ever stayed at. I’ve been coming here for over a year. The staff is so friendly. The manager is right on spot. Make sure that you’re taken care of instead of the office people the place is clean. The rooms are spectacular. Can’t find anything wrong with them. Bathrooms are so clean. You just feel like home Outside. Property is clean TV. Everything works. Excellent I almost gave up motel six after my last day in Bullhead city the management in Bullhead city was so nasty accused us of smoking marijuana in the rooms which I’m a truck driver we’re not allowed to smoke marijuana and even if we did, I wouldn’t touch it. It smells so bad so he wouldn’t rent to us Very very nasty people there but again I come here to Barstow on Lynnwood and taken care of and very, very happy with the motel six here like I say we stay here probably three times a week in the summertime three days a week and the staff always always been friendly, but I will never go back to the one in Bullhead city Never After the way I was treated. He was a foreigner said he did not like white people. Unbelievable what he told me and then would not rent me the room we clean up our room after we check out we make sure there’s no trash for the maids to have to take out Because we know the maids work very hard here because you are so very, very clean well to the staff of motel six thank you so much for everything you’ve done we will be back over and over again thank you. This property is by far the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed with. Clean, great staff, and the environment is quiet. Located off the highway with restaurant options, multiple gas stations, and a Walmart nearby if needed. I'd highly recommend staying here. I often don't leave reviews but this location deserves it! Well done and I'll continue doing business here. 🤝

Great location.plenty of room for semi trucks and trailers. Room are basic with fridge and microwave but they are always so clean and the service was fantastic. The desk attendant was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us in our room asap. Greatly appreciated.

This is a very nice Motel 6. Clean and kept up well. In a nice location on the South side of Barstow. We stayed in the handicapped room. Not our request, but that is what they gave us. Our room was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. We did not hear the elevator going up and down all night. The bed was very hard compared to other hotels. There are no power plugs or USB ports near the head of the bed which is common these days. There are lights near the head of the bed, but no power plugs. The TV worked. The heater did not work. It blew only cold air. There was a microwave and refrigerator. The fridge had a freezer inside, but the small type. We would stay here again, but a couple improvements would be nice. It was a good value and nicer than most Motel 6 locations.

Easy access to the freeway. Our room was clean. It had a microwave and small fridge. There were noisy neighbors after 4 a.m. but other than that it was a quiet stay. Bring your own shampoo.
