I just want to start off by this place has been the best place Missy made us feel like home with her kindness and genuine care she’s very professional, and genuinely care about keeping the property well-maintained and running smoothly. Whenever we needed something her and Mike always handle things in a calm and efficient way.

They make communication easy and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything’s taken care of—whether it’s coordinating repairs, keeping common areas clean, or just checking in to see if tenants need anything.

Overall, it’s been a really positive experience having [Missy and Mike ] in charge. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Only lived here for a few months but the hospitality and kindness of the owners made it feel like a lifetime. While being a well kept trailer park they still were able to make it feel like a home. If you are looking for somewhere to live whether it is short or long term I highly recommend Moon River RV!!

Our friends recommend we stay here while we were in town, we met with Missy and we're stoked to get a full time spot. Missy is awesome and we just absolutely loved her! Mike was awesome and so helpful getting our trailer in and out of the spaces, even hooked up our power so we had AC when we got home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, only downfall was that we couldn't stay longer.

This place is amazing. At first when we were looking for an RV park and saw this place from the road it looked sketchy and seemed odd the way the trailers are parked. However, once you enter and drive around it all makes sense. Hands down best place we have stayed at in the tri-cities! You actually pay for your space to live in and make it your own! Unlike another place we stayed in which we paid to live in their space, with so many restrictions it was very unpleasant!
Missy the office manager is so sweet and she loves what she does and she makes you feel at home!!! Mike is always willing to help everyone out and takes great pride in keeping the park beautiful and welcoming! It truly is a community here and feels like home!

Stayed here for three months while on nurse travel contract. Missy in office was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Mike and rest of maintenance crew were great and always willing to help. Laundry grounds and bathroom well maintained. Nice private level lots with grass. If ever return to the area will definitely stay again.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay! Clean and quiet. Location is great and close to pretty much everything.
Missy at the front is amazing and I’m glad we got to meet her and make friends along the way! Will be returning if ever needed.

This RV lot has been great so far. Missy is super helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and always offers hep if needed. It’s very quiet here and we love it. The location is great. The bathrooms are very clean, and they have a pool as well which is great for my daughter, and the other kids in the neighborhood.
We have a couple dogs, and a lot of other people have dogs, and everyone here seems to be great. I have seen some of the bad reviews and think they are bogus. I’ve never stayed at another park but so far, I wouldn’t leave this park unless we moved out of state.

Spaces and not rooms per the review app. Anyway, stellar customer service. Clean, quiet, and partially fenced spaces. They cater primarily to long-term guests, and we couldn't be happier. There is not a lot of traffic or rude weekenders. The rules are fair, and they let you actually live in your space, unlike other parks that limit your life to the interior of your RV with HOA type mentality regarding anything outdoors. In short, you can live at Moon River RV Resort (short or long stay), or you can stay in your RV at other parks.
