My family and I were unfortunately displaced due the Palisades Fire and are so incredibly grateful that The Montrose opened it's doors to us w/FEMA assistance. ||My family of 4 stayed at the hotel for almost 2 months and we were incredibly happy with our stay. The staff treated us like part of the family, Carla, Ebony, Maria, Odie, Victor and Austin were so accommodating and helped us with anything we needed. ||The Valet (David, Edgar, Hector and Miguel) were so kind. They would charge our car whenever we needed, helped hold the doors for us when we had to carry our sleeping children in and bring our many bags when we didn't have enough arms 🙂 ||The rooms are spacious and the kitchenettes are a huge bonus. Given the length of time we were there, we were given everything we needed to be able to cook comfortably in the hotel for many weeks (pots, pans, appliances and a full size fridge) which is so helpful given eating out can certainly add up. ||The location is also wonderful, it's in a quiet side street, but convenient location and easily walking distances to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Our kids loved walking around and exploring the local restaurants and parks.||This hotel is truly a hidden gem and I highly recommend it - especially for a family or an extended stay!

I loved this hotel and immediately booked a return trip for longer. The rooms are excellent, with many artistic design touches, yet felt homely and comfortable, great bed, bathroom. The roof deck is amazing, even to spend a short time relaxing in the midst of a busy schedule. Or have a swim. The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk staff, valet staff, cafe and restaurant staff, special mention for Andrew who was so helpful, management team brilliant, night staff helpful. Thank you. The location is perfect and a lovely quiet neighborhood. A minor per smell in the corridor did not impact my stay or my room, and if you are a pet lover or travel with your pet you'd especially LOVE this hotel.

What an incredible hotel! With the kindest and friendliest staff! Maria has been phenomenal even before arriving here just helped me so much, what a sweetheart, also Victor has been amazing too! And Dora Torres is such a wonderful and kind lady, she was super fast and did such a great job at cleaning my room, never seen someone work as fast and what a great job she did! I highly recommend Montrose at Beverly Hills!

The staff is beyond the Ritz or Four Seasons hotel. They are compassionate, considerate, and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. ||We have lived here for a month due to being evacuees from the Pacific Palisades Fire. I am staying here with our small dog, my daughter, and myself. They have provided us with the kindest miles and heartfelt compassion. I would highly recommend them over the other two I mentioned because it is also the most quiet neighborhood and has great walkability to amazing!! Restaurants. |||The exemplary staff include:||Austin- Front desk, ( absolutly amazing!!) |Dora- Housekeeping ( absolutly amazing!!) |Edgar, Victor, Maria, Ebony, Andrew|They have been over the top in their generocity and curtesy.

I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Here’s why:
1. Extremely strong, foul smell in all of the rooms. Was told by hotel staff that that’s the scent of the hotel.
2. Filthy carpet with wet, mildew smell.
3. Thin walls and ceilings that are not noise proof - I was able to hear footsteps above me and everything in the halls.
4. Outdated design - popcorn ceilings? This hotel has popcorn walls.
5. Poor customer service - I asked to leave as soon as I stepped foot into the room and smelled the horrible smell. They shortened my original reservation, but still wanted to charge me for the night when I hadn’t even been there for five minutes. I tried multiple rooms and they all smelled horrible.

Dante is great at his job! We had dinner 2 nights and he was wonderful. Great conversation and excellent customer service. Check in was great also. Quick and painless. We made it to our room within 10 minutes. Room was clean and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.

All staff were wonderful and so nice! The location is very nice where the hotel is located and not a far walk to Weho nightlife. The bed also was very comfortable and we got upgraded to the top floor, which was a nice surprise. Very accommodating to guests! Also they were available 24hrs and having a noon check out was very nice.

Great boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to Sunset and Santa Monica as well as Beverly Hills. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. They were able to accommodate an early check in after an early arrival from the east coast. The King suite offered a lot of room to entertain with a nice deck. I will definitely be back.
