Pork was dry. You can tell everything is made far in advance and not fresh. Broccoli and cheese casserole was lumpy which means it was refrigerated and reheated. They don’t even have enough bbq bottles to cover every table to mask the dry meat.

Inside, there were at least 30 flies around every window. (Picture attached.) Honestly surprised y’all have a 4.4 star rating.

We went to eat after the concert at bay front park. I tried to order the fried chicken which was the daily special for Sunday. There was a laminated sign right by the register where you order saying it was $13.50. I was immediately charged almost $2 more than the sign said. I asked about it and was told our prices went up. I then said never mind give me the pulled pork plate which was on the tv screen menus for$13.75. The girl rings it up and it’s $2.more. I asked what’s going on and told her this isn’t right. She informed me that those are the prices now and she’ll ask her manager later. I cancelled the order and we left. We started to wonder if they just increased their prices because of the concert.

We went there with my wife and kid for lunch . The chicken from our platter was bloody raw . When I show it to the front desk guy , he called the cook to look at it . The cook was super rude and told me that it was a “pork ring” and that’s how it was supposed to look . I didn’t want to argue , cause he definitely looked like the one who would spit in my food if he needs to redo it. We ordered a side of chips that never came out . We’ll never co back eat there again .

Friday evening, very chill vibes. Live music was very good and appreciated. Food was delicious, nice selection of beer on tap. Wouldn't think twice about going back; keep it up, Moes!

We were visiting the area on vacation (from IN). The service was great! Everyone was very friendly. I had pulled pork & mac n cheese. It was phenomenal. My husband recommends the Bama Style pulled pork sandwich. It's a pretty tiny establishment near Mobile Bay. There's not much seating indoors. Once you're done eating, do yourself a favor & drive down to the bay to take in the sights.

Placed a take out order and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes; what’s with this? Also have been eating here since they opened and never had this long wait. I wanted one large and one small pulled pork sandwich and was told they only have one size now. What’s with that Think twice before patronizing this place. Food is good, but will not be back again.

Gave Moe's a try the other day. Neat little out of the way place. I liked the atmosphere. The staff was very nice. Fast service. I ordered the 4 bone rib platter and they gave me 6 anyway! Food was good. I would have liked to see a better rub on the ribs. Seemed to be salt and pepper only. But they were well cooked. House made chips and the baked beans had a good flavor I had not had before. I'd go back ?
Update. Went back a second time. Outstanding brisket sandwich plate.

Great spot for authentic bbq! Fun outdoor atmosphere with corn hole and walking distance from the bayfront park.
