The owner was extremely rude! She was the only one working last night so it was a bit of a wait. A friend and I sat in the drive thru for about 30-35 mins once we got to the window she looked at both my friend and I and said I’ll be right with you, we said no worries take your time. Once she came to take our order she looked right at us and said “I am not serving you” and proceeded to slam the window in our faces. Safe to say this was my first and last time ever going to this place!

The owner Cheryl has no respect for her workers she made one of the workers go to work when she had called in sick and felt really horrible, over all a bad owner/manager I don't get how someone could be so entitled to not take her workers health into considerations.

Decent products but the service is extremely slow. Be prepared for longer than average wait times especially if there are several cars in line. It seems as though the more business that arrives, the slower they get. Watch out to articulate your orders precisely as well, as some baristas make things differently than others.

My first and last time ever coming here. I went to Mocha tree on 12/25/22. They had a sign stating “spend $40 get $55” on a gift certificate. After making a $60 purchase, they supposedly “ran out of gift cards”. So I asked them if they can honor the deal since they’re still advertising it. The cashier said no because the deal ended 12/24/22. Keep in mind they still have this deal being advertised on a digital screen, a wooden sign and on a tv you can see from the drive through window.
Bad business wouldn’t recommend.

Best coffee stand in town!!! Amazing customer service. Friendliest baristas and they make amazing drinks. This is a blended vanilla chai shake they made for my wife's birthday.

Wait times are insane! Do not come here if you can’t handle waiting up to 30 mins for a drink. Had I known, I would have not came to this place.

Advice for the owner: get a more efficient system in place to cut down wait times for customers. Easily can have someone outside taking orders from the line and making them ahead of time.

What a great experience! Painkiller IS THEEEE *SHYT!!! Excuse my language lol
But it's fabulous, with Real cotton candy!
The baristas are friendly and helpful and kind (Smiley) and fun. Love the digital punch card too!! Amazing - Perfct treat!♡
