Food is always great drinks too. If there is ever a problem with my food it is fixed with no problem. Very great customer service. The only thing they need to fix BIG TIME is a new carpet. It smells so bad when you are in the dining area. I still come even though the floor smells . But I'm only saying it needs to be changed because it would really help there business. Nothing against them. Just giving tips on what would improve them.

Awesome customer service. The price is a little up but the experience makes you come back more and more. No matter how busy it gets, the employees always smile and treat you like family. I recommend everyone to come here for coffee and snacks every single time!

I'm always satisfied with the drinks i order from here... but the last few cold drinks I ordered, mainly smoothies, had vary little to no ice. I know the weather has been very hot lately, but not hot enough to melt all the ice in my drink... i think it was over blended, turning an ice drink into a regular cold drink and paying more for it

The coffee there was alright. There was nothing special, but it wasnt terrible. What threw me off was how unprofessional they all were. The lady who served me on the Lucille location was very very rude. She was busy flirting with her coworker.
It looked like the employees there didnt really wash their hair. I saw an employee wearing house slippers. You know the fuzzy ones.
I’d highly recommend Perk Ups Espresso if you are in a rush to get coffee. They make bomb coffee and always have amazing customer service. If you want a sit down location, Kaladi Brothers might be the best option 🙂 They are super professional and will let you hang around. And if you are looking for somewhere to eat, maybe not go to a small family owned coffee place.

The food I got was good. I had to give it three due to the young lady was so overwhelmed behind the counter. She took my order and then the person behind me. She then made the customers behind me her drinks and I got my food and was then waiting for my drink. I got to the car and took a sip and about spit it out....it tasted like the creamer was spoiled. I didn't take another sip....in the trash.

I go to Ben's shop because he orders me sugar free chai to make at home. Ben is kind and so is his granddaughter. It's a family business and it has the family business feeling. Ben is the only one in the valley who goes out of his way to help us customers and orders the product for me to buy. I've asked at other coffee shops and they no. Ben will continue to have my business because he goes above and beyond for his customers.

I absolutely love their drinks , food and chef. The breakfast is always awesome except for today. I must say for 9am breakfast was quite dry and hard which is a first ever for them and him sadly.

I battled the Pokemon Go Gym there. And, defeated the entire gym for Team Red. That's a big deal in the Poke World.
Did not have time to go in. But, want to. The place is so quaint. Will def try it if we get back to Wasilla.
