Drinks are reasonable. Pool tables and equipment are good also. Staff seems nice, and the doorman was great. They have a mechanical bull that was not in use much the 2x we were there. Average age of clientele seems to be mid to low 20s, and the music is catered to them. Every other song is a line dance and the very large floor will be full. They even give line dance lessons if you arrive when they open. There's very little social interaction due to the line dancing and everyone of the regulars stays mostly in their cliques. Overall a good modern country dance bar, but you won't find much traditional country.

Great time!! Was only there for a short time, maybe one of the best Staffs in the state of Missouri! From the ID checker to the front door girl to the bartender Mercedes, talk about a great job.
Felt very welcomed and was well taken care of.

I've visited this place for about 20 years now. It's gone through a couple of name changes, but the place has pretty much stayed the same. Pool tables, huge dance floor, darts, mechanical bull, small kitchen, VIP tables, & on & on.

They seem to have a pretty high turnover rate with the bartenders. I don't go there very often, maybe one every 2-3 months but different bartenders every time.

18 years ago I was a whiskey tango regular, took 13 years off without stepping foot in that place, and decided to go check out the new and improved MO Country last weekend. I love the changes, new entry, entertainment stuff out back, multiple areas for pictures with props. The country vibe wasn't as strong. The crowd was way smaller than I remember. I almost feel like every song had a choreographed dance. Whyyy?

Had an amazing time dancing and meeting new people, this made our trip to kc. Frome the dance instructor that helped us learn new dances and the DJ was super cool and tried to play any song that we wanted, even one from a guy he didn't care for but still played it and all the bartender were nice too.
Love how big the floor was and in good shape.

I was trying to enjoy my night, I happened to not know the line dances but my friend and I danced on the side for ourself. We got cut off for “being too drunk” because we were trying to have a good time on the dance floor and not do the actual dances. We even expressed we had an uber on the way and had the proof and still we weren’t able to get anything. We are both well over the age of 21 and this is stupid. Basically if you don’t know the line dances to this bar, don’t go.they don’t respect anyone otherwise

I went with my husband for our friends birthday. I hadn’t been back since it became MO country. It’ll always be whiskey tango to me. The drinks were great and we got some fried pickle, they were delicious! Had a blast

Bought two drinks while I was there which was about $14 before a tip. I forgot to close my tab and looked at my account the next day and saw I got charged for $40. Called them and the manager refused to give me a refund and told me to take it up with my credit card company. Thanks guys now I have to spend my time to correct your mistake. Won’t be going back, song selection was mid anyways
