This was my first time having Mission BBQ. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He explained the menu in great detail. We ordered our food and he brought out a sample platter of everything on the menu for us to try. He then surprised us by bringing us each a free dessert. This was absolutely the best dining experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

Loved the place and the sauces. I like a variety of sauces so you will always find at least one you like. The weakest part of the meal was the corn bread I found it to be dry and not great. The fries were excellent and the brisket too. Nice bark on the brisket. If there was one close to me I would return. Nice message and decor and they have a good mission.

The place is beautiful and the food is even better! Such a great atmosphere to dine in. Definitely coming back. Especial mention to MIKE, we had such a pleasant talk and service with him. He also welcomed us because it was the first time for me and my wife! Great experience

I have always been pretty impressed with Mission BBQ as a chain. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant - with a hearty "Good Evening Folks!" and by more than one staff member. The service at the counter was seamless and friendly. My husband had the smoked prime rib, I had the smoked turkey. Hubby had the green bean and bacon side, and I had fries. We were approached and asked about our meal by the dining room manager. He was quick to thank my husband for his service - as he had served as well. I just love the atmosphere and the food was excellent as well. The staff is always willing to please and accommodate. I was definitely impressed. We were travelling over the Christmas holiday and we just wanted to get as far as we could that day. Mission BBQ was just as fast if not faster than a "true" fast food restaurant (which I don't consider this to be). Overall excellent job Mission BBQ)!

Walked in here and was immediately greeted by the staff in the back. Because of how the store is set up you order in the back and then they will call your name to pick up. Plenty of seating in and outside. First timers and the staff told us how to order as well as recommendations. We tried a little of everything and the food was amazing. Nicely smoked and grilled. Favorite was the brisket and ribs, so tender it fell off the bone. One thing I love about this place is the accompanying sauces and spices. They told us that none of the meats are ever frozen, they have no freezers and everything is prepared same day.

Great customer service, food is flavorful and the setting a great for a casual lunch or dinner. Added pro is that this place screams AMERICA. great supports of veterans. You can tell by the pictures, slide show etc that this place gives back to those who served. I would come back here again.

Had the saltiest dryest brisket sandwich.

I could have eaten a piece of cardboard with bbq sauce and probably had the same experience.
Sad I had it to go and didn’t know until I got home.

The best restaurant experience I've had in a while!!! This was my first ever visit to Mission BBQ. My son treated me to lunch for my birthday today and tomorrow he will be heading back to Army basic training. To set the tone for our visit was the most pleasant and friendly cashier, Tim. Our meal was served extremely fast. I ordered the brisket, green beens and mac and cheese. It was delicious and the brisket melted in my mouth. My son ordered the Prime Rib and he enjoyed every bite. While we were eating Tim stopped by a couple of times to pick on my son, it definitely added an awesome touch to an already great atmosphere. Elijah was keeping the dining area nice and clean but stopped by our table to chat briefly and he was also very friendly. When we were finished eating, Elijah came immediate to the table to ask if he could take our tray. Overall, the food was delicious and the total experience was excellent. This will be my new go to spot for a nice lunch!!
