If you are searching for the perfect venue for your event, I highly recommend Mirage Banquet Hall. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas party was a success. From the attentive service to the delicious appetizers, meal, and desserts, it was truly an outstanding experience!

I recently provided decorations for a wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the staff and owners' unprofessional behavior.

Upon arrival, the client requested the outdoor area for the ceremony. One of the owners or managers asked me whether they should set up all 60 chairs the client had requested or if it would be acceptable for guests to stand. I was shocked by the question and replied that, of course, they should set up the chairs—it was a wedding ceremony.

Since there was no coordinator for the event, I managed the timeline myself and ensured everything was on track. After finishing the outdoor décor and moving indoors to complete the reception setup, the owner rudely interrupted, asking if I was finished as if he were the coordinator. I calmly informed him I wasn’t done yet, knowing the reception wouldn’t begin until 3:45 PM, following a 3 PM ceremony and a 3:30 PM cocktail hour.

What made matters worse was overhearing the venue staff scheduling a walkthrough for a prospective client during the wedding at 3 PM. They falsely told the person on the phone that the event wouldn’t start until 4 PM. When the individual arrived, they attempted to conduct the walkthrough right in the middle of the wedding. Thankfully, the person refused, but the situation was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Later, I was told my décor might be thrown away because I arrived at 8:15 PM to break down. My client had informed me that the wedding ended at 8 PM, so I planned my arrival accordingly because events never end when they say but apparently they ended event at 7:30.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would never recommend this venue. Even if the price is affordable, it’s not worth the risk of unprofessional staff, potential strangers walking through your wedding, or finding your décor discarded near the trash.

An amazing place with excellent table set up, decoration, service, great tasting food, and very friendly staff, management, and ownership. I highly recommend Mirage Banquet Hall. All of our event guests shared the same sentiments with us about the excellent service, food, and the staff. Absolutely great experience and hall!

A really great place to host an event. I had my mothers Celebration of Life here. I had to plan it from out of state. Mr. Lodin handled everything. I was nervous as how it would turn out but it was way better then I expected. They went above and beyond to provide what I needed and guide me through the planning process. I really appreciated everything they did to make this emotionally difficult event the best it could be. I had many compliments after as to how nice the event was.

Wonderful venue for privates events up to 250 people. The executive chef, Jimmy, can build a custom menu for event. Such a convenient location, just 5 minutes away from the Irvine Spectrum.

We ordered delivery and were VERY IMPRESSED by the quality of the food that was provided. Everything was prepared with care, tasted marvelous, and even arrived hot! The Baklava was the best I've ever had (I've had a lot). The Mantu, Afghan duplings, were a new item for me and just delicious.
