I had my bachelorette party the first time we used Minocqua Party Cruises and we had such a great time we came back again the next year!! The second time I made a mistake and booked the incorrect date not realizing until the week before our cruise. The guys bent over backwards to make it work and we were so incredibly grateful! We even left an a dress on the boat and they were kind enough to leave it in a safe place to pick up later. I cannot recommend them enough!! If you are looking to explore the waterway but want to be able to sit back and relax, this is definitely the way to go! Each outing can offer new experiences from a rope swing, to sand bars, docking at local restaurants and bar, and different swimming spots.

We had a FANTASTIC TIME! I booked a 5 hour private cruise for a bachelorette party. We had 10 women on the boat plus the captain, and there was plenty of room. The booking process was easy and Luke answered all of my questions SO quickly, always within 24 hours. Luke also immediately responded to my last minute questions the day of our cruise. Captain Luke is easy to talk to and knows his way around the lakes. He stopped at multiple bars on the cruise so we could see more of the town and stop for some bathroom breaks. If you are looking for a charter pontoon ride, THIS IS IT!!

Rented a pontoon boat from Minocqua Party Cruises last weekend and the experience can only be described as just ok. The whole process was kind of odd, with no one meeting us to hand over the boat, just instructions to a house where the boat is docked with the keys in it. Luckily, our group had someone in it who was well experienced in driving boats, but if not we would have been kind of screwed without instructions on how to drive, etc. A few minutes into the ride, the person driving noticed that ALL of the gauges on the boat did not work, including the gas gauge. I had to reach out to the Luke (the owner) to ask about the gauges and only then did he tell me that a fuse had been blown and none of the gauges worked. Not really ideal for a day on the lake...not knowing if we had enough gas. We also noticed about halfway through the boat ride that there was NO ladder for the boat. I then had to reach out to Luke again and only then did he tell me that the last rental broke the ladder, so there was none on the boat. Again, this goes on the list of 'things that would have been nice to know beforehand'. These issues we're 100% dealbreakers, but they would have been important for Luke to mention BEFORE we went to pickup the boat, instead of trying to hide them and mentioning only after I reached out in a panic. The boat worked fine for the day, it was functioning and ended up being just what we needed, but I would NOT rent from this company again. The whole process was not well planned out, I had to reach out to sign the rental agreement the day before, and the boat wasn't fully functioning. If you're considering renting from here I would first recommend you not, but if you do, be sure to ask about EVERYTHING on the boat before picking up, so you're aware what's included or working on the boat. When I reached back out to Luke to discuss all of these missing pieces and why he didn't tell me about them beforehand, I was met with silence and no response.

Trysten was the best! We had a fabulous cruise on Saturday, even if we got drenched in a downpour right at the end. Luke helped a lot in setting up a cruise which worked out details for a handicapped cruise. I will definitely call again for future cruises.

Asked to reserve a boat for the weekend. They said yes we have one available. Immediately responded we would take it. Then I called with no answer, left a voicemail. No communication for a day, and then without explanation said they no longer had a boat available.
