This place is okay. Every negative thing I could think of was countered with a positive when I was thinking about this review.

Some of the positives:
1) The portions are enormous! Their Miner's double-fed me for three meals. The order of fries would also feed three people. The milkshake was also enough for three people.
2) The topping on the burger was fresh and crisp.
3) Their sauces are great tasting.
4) Their staff was friendly and quick.

Some of the negatives:
1) The fries tasted old.
2) The burger patty was bland. It tasted like there was no salt or any seasoning in it. However, this was counterbalanced by using their sauces.
3) It messed up my stomach. This one was weird. My stomach didn't hurt; it felt hard with a mix of bloating. I didn't feel sick, just uncomfortable (and we only ate 1/3 of the meal). My wife had the same reaction. I've never had a burger do this to me.
4) Their milkshake was so thick that their straw would collapse when trying to drink it. In other words, they use cheap straws and don't thin the milkshake enough. They can correct this by either getting better straws of providing a spoon with the shake.

Overall, I won't go back, just due to my stomach issues, but your experience may vary.

Old school drive Inn burger joint! Super big burgers and fries! Portions are huge. They have specialty milkshakes and malts over 25 flavors. Great outdoor sitting too. Lots of room for big groups. Very busy on weekends but super fast service and very polite service. Wish it was closer to home.

Stopped in for dinner while on an adventure in Yakima because I was told they have the best hamburgers anywhere.. " bold statement"
Well it was absolutely delicious, the best fast food Hamburger I have ever eaten.. it was huge and made just right the way I wanted it. The place was really busy and still ran smoothly, clean and well organized. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself sometime.

Dining here for 35 years. I've only encountered 2 occasions where my order was wrong. Food quality is outstanding. Best burger you will EVER have. My family has literally driven from Seattle area just for a Miners burger. I have NEVER had a bad burger here. You cannot buy a better burger anywhere. Worth the wait and the price.

Classic joint that's been around for years. Visiting Yakima, I had a coworker share this place and it blows the local or franchise competition out of the water.

Lots of staff, great seating, and the portions are well worth the price. Amazing value.
