The biscuits by themselves would've been more satisfying. My 1st experience so I ordered the biscuits & gravy. The gravy was sweet not savory so I didn't care for that. I enjoyed the biscuits. My husband had the special breakfast burrito which was quite blan. I had read all the reviews & was so excited to finally get to experience this gem only to be let down by the food. The people are sweet & they know how to please the masses just not the 2 of us. We will not return.

I don’t like doing honest reviews, i feel bad.
The service was absolutely perfect very nice people and speedy time to get food.
However the biscuits and gravy were not my favorite. The flavor was off for me as the biscuits had a sweetness to them. The gravy had lots of sausage chunks (that’s good) and the gravy itself tasted ok but I like a more white country thicker gravy with black pepper in it. I am not a fan of eggs on this either but i decided to try it. Still not a fan, everything was cooked perfectly just the taste didn’t hit for me. I wouldn’t steer anyone from trying these as they may like what I’ve described in this review. Maybe I will try something different next time I stop by and find something I definitely need to have again. This isn’t meant to offend the owners in anyway, just honest feedback. The biscuits and gravy and was bitterly disappointing. Bland sugary gravy topped over thin small bisquits. Way over priced for me. I would have been better off going to a Cafe and ordering in. I also tried the breakfast burrito. Again flavorless. No seasoning on the eggs, put together with chopped onions and tomatoes in a plain flour tortilla with gouda ( could have been any white variety ) cheese. Do yourself a favor and try one of the local cafés or restaurants in downtown Lewiston to experience some tasty breakfast goodies. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this food truck again.

OMG... If you come to Mind Your Biscuits, please do yourself a favor and gift your belly with my new favorite. It was so good, I couldn't stop eating it to take a picture and I'm sitting here enjoying the tastes left over in my mouth, the comfort in my tummy and the peace to my soul.... If you love bacon and gravy and cheese and egg, order this:

*Classic Combo with extra bacon instead of sausage patty, ADD cheese and gravy to the hashbrowns, and ask for a side of sour cream.

*Sprinkle your salt & pepper packet over your potatoes, spoon the sour cream over them and softly stir up from the bottom of your potatoes to incorporate the gravy, cheese and sour cream you added. OTHERWISE, you eat all the best part and the potato at the bottom needs that sauce! [I also added a touch more pink salt once home]

*Take bites of bacon and egg with your spoonful of magic browns and don't be surprised if a tear escapes your eye...

Wow! Thats even an understatement. This has to be one of the best breakfasts ever. We were very impressed with the quality of the food as well as the quantity for the price. Unfortunately (for us) We are from nearly 1500 miles away so it will be some time before we can return, but it’s a guarantee that if we can get back here again we will!! We have a new spot added to our return visit. Super service. Quality food. Lots of choices. Reasonable prices. How could you not love them?!? Thanks Dave and Emily for a great start to our day. We’ll be back!
