Ben & Amber operate a 1st Class guide service. They booked my son & I at the last minute for the 1/2 day fishing trip. Then Ben worked his tail off to help me check off a bucket list activity…wade fishing with my 10yo son in the beautiful Alaskan rivers. We all caught beautiful size fish and experienced some fantastic fights on the end of the rod tip. I 1000% recommend Miller’s Guide Service for your next trip. Truly great people to boot!!!

Wonderful day! Don't let the rain stop you from having this much fun! Ben and Ryan do everything possible to make your day a success. Spinners, flies, etc- they helped change it up to allow you to try different fishing techniques and ways to be successful!

Ryan was an amazing guide, and we absolutely loved our 5-hour morning trip down the Willow Creek fishing for trout and arctic grayling. We saw a few salmon, too, but it was a bit early in the season for them.

Had the most memorable July 4th weekend with Ben! Coordinated the the trip with his wife, Amber, who was fantastic to work with. Went out with a group of 5 people and we were catching Kings all day. My wife and I are still sore from reeling in fish. I've been charter fishing all over/outside the US and Ben (Miller's Riverboat Services) was the most professional charter that I've been on. His goal was to give us all the best experience and he did! Ben is a super polite and genuine guy who did a phenomenal job finding the the hot spot to catch fish all day and filleted the fish for us at the end of the trip. We can't wait to book again with Miller's Riverboat Services!

I fished with Ben on 6/25/2022… this is the second time my wife and I have fished with Miller’s Riverboat Services, but the first time my parents have come along from the lower 48. I can’t express in a simple review the professionalism and experience Ben brings to the table. Having worked as a guide in Alaska for over a decade, I understand the challenge of adapting to each group of clients, the condition of the fishery, and the changing regulations from year to year. Ben is a true master of his craft. He was quick to pick up on who required the most attention, but made sure that everyone had a rod in the water, actively fishing at all times. My dad and I were able to catch our first kings on a flyrod and stay busy with nonstop dry fly fishing for grayling and trout while Ben worked with my mom and my wife to put them on some incredible fish. This operation is truly the best in the business, and I’ll be fishing with them for as long as they keep at it. Thanks for an epic trip and lifelong family memories!

Truly couldn't have had a better experience. Dad and I just wanted to get out on a river and hook some fish and we did just that and more. Both Ben and Amber were quick to respond to questions ahead of the trip and made sure we were all set before we hit the water. Ben took us out on a cold September day where we landed more fish than we could've expected. Having never done a guided fishing trip before, I wasn't sure what to expect but as my Dad said: "It was exactly what [we] wanted and it lived up to the expectations and more. Will definitely be coming back!" Thanks to Ben and Amber for a great day!

Been out with Ben twice (2022/2023), once on the Deshka and once on the Gulkana. Had very little fishing experience the first time round- Ben helpled me catch my very first King and I learned so much! Gifted the second booking to my boyfriend and we both had so much fun and success. Highly recommend.
