I’m seriously so disappointed with Habachi express. I drove almost 20 minutes there and back to get food. I got home and my order was completely wrong. I called to let them know what happened. I tried to explain, the phone hung up while I was talking. They called back and asked if the food was eaten? I told them I don’t eat shrimp. I drive all the way back out there the plated my order apologized and that was it. I wasn’t happy with the food once I got home the second time. The chicken isn’t fully cooked. It’s so rubbery. I at least expected them to refund the order. Or offer a free drink or something. I get really upset when I spend money with these places. Some of them don’t even try to make things right! I won’t be back here at all.

I enjoy Hibachi Express every time. I don't eat it enough, haha. I'm a fan and as a matter of fact, my family is too!

The staff are friendly and professional. They had steady customer flow. We have come here before and ordered the chicken it was good. However, this time we changed and the dinner was not good.

We ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp and the Hibachi steak. Unfortunately, the steak in each order was extremely chewy.

This is place is honestly underrated. It’s a delicious takeout option that runs super smooth. It never takes longer than 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Prices are good, the staff is kind and the food is amazing. It’s Americanized hibachi.
