Parking is permitted along the front of the hotel or covered garage. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The pillows were memory foam and bed was soft (a little squeaking). The bath towels were fluffy, soft, and absorbent! Decent shower water pressure, no hot water problems, but shower curtains don't stay closed causing leakage around the sides. Our room had a hair dryer, iron, mini fridge, and microwave. Several amenities were under construction and not available including the fitness room, pool, court yard, and restaurant. There was definitely clear signs of the building itself needing some upgrades. Very little staff members but also seems like a very empty hotel. Cleaning services available if you tell the front desk.
It's about 10-15 minute drive into central Phoenix.

The reason why I write this review is due to the fact, I approached the management of my concerns and there was no sense of concern. The gentleman behind the front desk acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. This hotel is under renovation - no amenities at all. You have to dig quite far on their website to find this information. None of the other booking websites have this information either. Renovations I could live with - the room was clean, lobby was stark but clean and the staff friendly. Didn’t see much renovating happening while I was there so noise was not an issue. However, besides not having any amenities the tv had no service for my whole stay of 4 days. Management was aware and unable to provide any satisfactory response. Luckily WiFi was in service and I could use that, but that’s beside the point. When on vacation sometimes just doing some channel surfing is needed right?! Things happen I get that but no attempt to make it right for a paying customer is not acceptable. I will not be recommending this hotel even with seeing the great potential of its location to midtown and staff after they are done with their renovations.

When I read the reviews of this hotel, I was hoping that it would be at least a decent place to spend two nights while training as it was the only hotel with availability the dates I needed. That should’ve been my first clue. The hotel is dirty and rundown. They do not offer any breakfast (even though it says free breakfast)with the exception of some granola bars and some yogurt sitting out at room temperature. They do not offer coffee. They have a small pot in the room but no condiments of any kind. When we got locked out of our room because the key stopped working they seemed very put out they had to make us a new card. The plug-ins weren’t working. The thermostat wasn’t working. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again. Only good The only good thing I can say is that it was quiet.

Horrible place. I'm not expecting my own perfect mattress at a hotel, but the ones in our room were literally lumpy and laughably bad. Theres no blankets either. Just sheets. There was spilled red paint on the walls and carpet in the hallway outside our room. How long has that been there? The lobby music was hip hop, which gave a pretty unprofessional vibe. When we came back late in the evening, the lobby door was locked and the lights were off. We had to bang on the door until someone let us in. No side door for key access. In the morning we were reminded about check out time by someone coming to the door and knocking. Why not just use the courtesy phone? Very strange place.

This hotel is under renovation but the super friendly staff made up for any issues. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs. We had a great stay. There was never any noise. There is a great little Italian restaurant a short walk away. We'd love to stay again sometime.

This place was awful. We arrived only to find out we were basically the only guests in the whole hotel. Some system was down, that meant no TV, no key cards (an employee had to unlock our rooms for us), and none of the outlets worked at all. Upon walking into the room, it has an unpleasant, moist smell. The lights in the bathroom were crooked and one was hanging off of the ceiling by basically one wire. The toilet took a few presses and holds to flush and the faucet was leaky. The actual bedroom area was no better. Scuffed up walls, a missing smoke alarm with its wires exposed, painted over fixtures (like sprinklers and outlets), and unclean floors and furniture. As mentioned, no outlets worked, the provided fridge was broken, and the AC would only work for a few minutes at a time. Not to mention the disturbing stains near the bed area including a small faded black handprint on the wall. The phone did not work and the surrounding rooms were in disarray as well, the door across from us didn’t even have a handle or lock. Our own door took a decent amount of force to close and keep shut. Many parts of our room were broken and improperly installed, including cabinets, the desk, and the large glass closet door/mirror. The area is decent enough, there are a lot of sirens at night though and I did hear some yelling.

Nightmare! The hotel was CLOSED because they're doing refurbishing works (so they knew it before hand), and they just told us on the same day, couple hours before the check in, while were still on flight, by email, and as we got no internet connection cuz our phones are from another country, we just knew about it when we "arrived". And the worst part: WE had to look for another hotel room, the reception employees did NOTHING for us. Lucky we managed to find another hotel room just 1/2 mile away, but after almost 12 hrs of flight, carrying big luggages, this was not precissely a pleasent welcome
