I had an amazing stay at this place, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was Grace! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel right at home. No matter what I needed—whether it was recommendations, assistance with my room, or just a friendly conversation—Grace was always there, ready to help with an incredible attitude.

Her positive energy is contagious, and she goes above and beyond to make sure guests have the best experience possible. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely loves what they do, but Grace is that person. She’s the heart of this hotel, and because of her, I will absolutely be coming back. If you stay here, be sure to say hello to Grace—she’s the best!

Positive: One of the staff members was exceptionally sweet. The other was indifferent as if she didn?t want to be there. That?s always awkward when you need something. The room was clean, and the price was fair. Negative: The temperature of the hot was SO disappointing. I called ahead of time before booking to make sure it was operating correctly and was told it was. I recommend the manager to test it, and see how long he/she lasts in the luke warm tub. It was barely warm!

Suite room was great. Very nice having a dividing wall/kitchen in between “adult bed” and “kids area”. Room was clean, staff was great. Only complaint was that the jacuzzi was as not very hot. Not sure if If they were doing maintenance or something but that definitely was not ideal

We thoroughly loved our room. Late night arrival was accepted and we really surmised it. What made the stay the very best was Maracela. She gets 10 stars! She went above and beyond to get us booked and heard me on what I was looking for and really got us a great room. As well as my friends. We were all attending a soccer district cup game from far and really needed some good sleep. I hope she gets to see this and more people get the pleasure of meeting her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Maracela. We all appreciate you and hope you have the very best holidays. Don’t work too hard! Best rates best beds cleanest room. All fresh towels. Can’t beat it at all!

The outside of the hotel is very nice. Had a good attitude going in. The receptionist when we checked in on 11/15/24 had a pretty bad attitude and wasn’t friendly in the slightest. Fine enough, it was towards the evening.

We get up to the second floor where our room was, and the whole thing smells like paint. We turn the corner to find our room, and there’s plastic tarp and drywall debris COVERING the entirety of the walkway. We had to walk over all of this to get to our room. Our room smelled strongly of paint, but it was clean and well maintained. A little while after, the person in the room above us is literally stomping and dragging furniture around. This happened all night. We tried to call front desk to ask if we could be moved or if we could make a noise complaint- our phone wouldn’t even connect to front desk. Nothing.
We didn’t sleep all night because we kept getting woken up by incessant stomping and the walls in our room literally SHAKING. We get up the next morning and start packing up and get interrupted by room service loudly knocking on our door in spite of it being well before check out and A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR.

Cleanliness and appearance of the hotel is great. I’m giving the hotel this review because the customer service and attentiveness is abysmal. At least have the decency to answer your phones and have the do not disturb signs actually mean something.

Stayed here with my husband, we both really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and updated. We felt safe and the breakfast was a plus. Check in was a breeze and house keeping did amazing. We recommend staying here at Microtel Inn, our experience was amazing.

It was a quiet place. Nice and clean. I love the fact that you have 24 hours. Access to the coffee and tea that they have at the front desk elevator worked and were clean. The hallways were clean, walked in, and the rooms were nice and clean And they don't have the cheap shampoo and conditioner in the room.They have dove Shampoo there's little fast food places near by If I pass through this town again most definitely would love to stay thereIf I pass through this town again, most definitely would love to stay there.

Overall, Microtel in Tracy is a great value hotel. If you’re looking for just the basics at a great price, this is your hotel. My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is just coffee and some breakfast bars. The WiFi was free and worked well.||I would stay here again.
