Hotel is ok this morning front desk had the audacity to complain about crumbs being on the floor after breakfast. I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old.”That it makes them look bad” But yet there housekeeping don’t know how to clean their rooms correctly because prior to checking in there was someone’s dirty underwear under our bed. We were Extremely exhausted so I just pulled out my Personal sanitizing Items and Disinfected myself without mentioning anything. DO BETTER!

Very clean and sanitary rooms! I highly recommend! The manager Sarina Garcia goes far and beyond providing 5star hospitality! The breakfast is amazing! Home made Chorizo and eggs somedays and other days homemade bacon and egg both served with delicious potatoes!! Im definitely staying there again!

The room was not cooling as well as the refrigerator. I asked to be moved she said it was a double bed available then lied and said nothing was available. I went online and there were rooms available. She just did not accommodate me as a guest. Also room was not the same as advertised. It was super small and bed was very uncomfortable. Horrible stay and daytime desk workers horrible. Hotel pictures are not what you get...I posted what was promised verses what I got. I can make this up...tissue holder was held together with a writing pen...please see pics...and if they give you rm 314 please don’t take it...it's like a small cubby hole....had a desk no chair...it was just over all a horrible experience

It needs alot of upgrades stains on the beds and the little windows seat toilet didn't work and was told there was no maintenance on property for mo the already needs better management

We travel frequently to Odessa. This is our go to Hotel! Sarina and Hilda are the best! Their staff are so friendly!

Didn’t expect much arriving here, but was suprised when I walked into my room. Very cozy and appeared clean enough. Staff was friendly and helped me when needed to make reservation changes on the fly. Would recommend staying here if on a budget.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes the coffee pot in my room was broke. The batteries in the remote were dead. I had to go buy new ones. The toilet paper holder had so much rust on it. It was gross. The floor was filthy. The breakfast was horrible.

The young lady who checked me was very nice, the property manager has terrible attitude she was very disrespectful she blatantly accused me of violating policy and demanded I check out immediately without any proof of evidence I had done anything wrong. The room itself was dirty had dust on everything it smelled like marijuana, there were cigarette burns in the bedding, the air conditioner didn't work properly, even the television remote was broken. People were in and out at all times of the night slamming doors.
