Positive: the front desk was phenomenal. He?s the type of person a hotel chain needs to welcome guests. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Negative: Breakfast is pretty sparse but still adequate for what we paid for the hotel.

The man JD went beyond anything I have seen. My husband is on life support at the Hospital and my windshield wipers broke and he got me help to get them fixed instead of a mobile mechanic was going to charge me 140.00a hrs. He is God send. He offered emotional support during my stay. You are so lucky to have a wonderful employee who cares about others Superb man all I know is his name is JD.

Handicap room: Beds to high for handicap persons to get in and out on their own. Bathroom floor has no safety non slip grips, it’s very slippery. Water temp is easily scalding if not boiling, and I found two adult pregnant roaches in the room.

Perfect location, close to restaurants and breathtaking views! A dream come true. I wasn’t sure how I felt about retirement until my stay here with the mountain bike. Now, Mineral Wells, WV is home. So for travelers and locals - stay here and try the skateboard into town like I did🛹

Stayed multiple nights feb 2025.

Room was very clean, Nice!!! Hot water (not sure why someone would complain about that, just turn it down, lol), you get a tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker all in your room. Staff is amazing and every person i talked to was very friendly and helpful.

A surprising overnight stay. Just needed a place to sleep on our route back up north. Yes there are a few stains on the carpet. But the price is right and the beds are comfy. Don't hesitate. Call the hotel to book.

stayed here for a wedding. All of the employees were very nice to me. I hurt my arm while at the wedding and the night clerk got me some ice.
I couldn't of wished for nicer employees.
