This hotel has a lousy location so be prepared to circle around trying to find the entrance. Our room was dirty and not in good working order. The shower was very slippery no texture in the shower for non slip. The hair dryer had a short and was not mounted properly. Could not dry my hair. I informed the manager on duty and he made a note of concerns. The smoke alarm did not work either. The steps in the stairwell are fatigued and broken. Several of them need repair. Reservation for the price, but sometimes you get a place like this. Serious maintenance and cleaning needs to be done, look at the walls in elevator.

We needed a place to stay unexpectedly. They had a room available. Charged us 92.78 then checked our account the next day and they went back and charged us $142. ?|Barely worth the 92 and sure enough NOT worth the 142. The overall motel was not clean. The room was simple and did provide a place to sleep from our long journey. |Contacted them and was told management would need to get back with me. Still waiting. Be aware!

First: the 1st two photos is the room advertised on website for that specific location and what I thought we were getting. The last two photos are what we got.

Overall, the hotel was clean, not my standard of clean but it wasn’t crazy dirty and served an all carb breakfast. The man at the front desk was super nice and attentive to any questions we had! He was also restocking breakfast items constantly for everyone! I booked the suite because we were traveling with a baby and the added counter space and storage cabinets was ideal for washing bottles and such. The room we got was nothing like the photos advertised. The room had hardly any storage. There was no hotel hangers or a wardrobe of any kind to hang clothes. There were rods that came out of the entertainment center to hang clothes in the open kind of like a retail display. Not super ideal as I like to keep a tidy and organized room. There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. There was also no dresser to unpack any clothes so we had everything laid out on the window bench.

The only good things about this room was the AC was cold and the bed slept fair. The bathroom ceiling was covered in MOLD. One of the queen beds was stained all over the bottom. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower wall. Even tho they’re site claims to have blow dryers, they do not. There was a trash can outside our room in the hall to catch the water from the leak. Horrible place to stay. For the price, this should have been a top notch room. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Before checking in, I asked if this was a safe area? I was asking because I'm traveling on a motorcycle. The woman and the desk goes into a rant about the question I asked. This was enough to make me spend my money at a different hotel. It was pretty amusing also. If you choose to book a room here, just for fun, ask about the safety in the area.

This hotel or motel is terrible. I only stop to rest. This place ain't clean. Got my skin crawling and itching. The bathroom oh Jesus help them. Is terrible. The walls got gold streaks running down. The ceiling in the bathroom has got black stuff on it. The tub ain't clean. I won't be coming back.... They really need to do a deep clean of entire facility. Re model up to date stuff. Whatever cleaning products yall use. It ain't working. Imperial Dade is right down the street. BLEACH !!!!!.

I recently started driving trucks over the road and I stopped by this place to rest. Alisha (front desk clerk) was such an Angel 5 ? to you! I appreciate her courtesy and friendliness. As far as the room, they need to send a cleaning crew to disinfect, remove carpet, treat for pest, and repeat. All I want to do is rest, but I can't even get comfortable because it's dirty in here. If the owner is reading this, please clean this place up!!

This is my usual go to spot when I come to work in the area, rooms are decent price and usually clean and nice. This time was horrific!
Let's start with the lobby being well over 80 degrees!
I booked this online and when I arrived I was given the option to keep it on the card or pay a different way. I had cash and wanted to make it simple. I went to open the door and red light, the man issued a new card with the same result. The batteries in the door had died so now here we are in the furnace of a lobby waiting for him to change my batteries. He was just about to get off work so I'm aware he didn't wanna do all this but that's his job. After messing with the door he walks back to the front desk where he has stopped helping me to attend the another guest. All while in this furnace of a lobby.
I finally got into my room only to find roaches in the common area as well as the bathroom floor, along with ripped nasty bedding. At the time I knew I didn't wanna go through changing rooms I figured if I showed them the next day we could work out a discount in the future.
I woke up the next morning to see they had charged my credit card anyway, the front desk manager claimed he didn't see anything where I paid cash. The fact the man didn't do his job correctly has caused me nothing but frustration. He agreed to issue a refund only for me to wake up today on 6/8/24 and they processed my payment anyways. So I paid $125 cash for a roach room and another $125 for ripped sheets.
This hotel also just did an update but apparently new sheets and no bugs wasn't part of the renovation. Most likely will spend a little more money and stay elsewhere in the future.
