Great inexpensive place to stop for a one night stay. Clean hotel, and rooms. Rooms aren't the biggest but was exactly what we needed on our travel from Maryland to Kentucky. Safe area. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, cereal, danishes, yogurt, sausages and eggs. We will definitely stay here again our next trip down to Kentucky.

Positive: Excellent value for price. Kids loved the waffle breakfast, I loved having access to hot water that didn't go through a coffee machine. Having tea (that doesn't taste like coffee) at a hotel continental breakfast is a real treat. Negative: We could hear the family in the next room having a conversation.

A 3 storey Budget Motel right off the highway with gas and food next door. Had a mix of one night highway travellers and weekly working people staying there. Front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. Price was excellent. There is an issue of cleanliness that needs to be addressed by management (or owner needs to address management).Hallway carpets were stained, elevator needs cleaning (floors, baseboard trim just dirty from a lack of cleaning.|My BIG issue is the Bedding|see photos, pee stains on sheets, Black grunge on comforter. I had new sheets sent up with a beige blanket to replace comforter. My wife changed the sheets.|Breakfast started at 6 but there is coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours.

This place is wonderful and they have great staff. I had decided to stay here since the roads were terrible and I couldn’t drive home. They have a 21 and over policy when it comes to booking. I’m only 19 but the guy who checked me in said since the circumstances that he would let me book with them for the night. I didn’t expect much since this is one of the cheaper hotels on Jerry dove but boy was i wrong I walk in and it’s absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay here again!!

Booked a room advertised as able to accommodate 5 people (we have three children). When we arrived, staff advised us they only had rooms with two double beds or one king and a pull out couch. At 10pm after driving 16 hours, one of us slept in the floor. The hotel refused to refund our stay in order for us to go elsewhere. Unacceptable.

Unless things go downhill quickly and unexpectedly, this is a super solid place to get a room. We rolled in late and called the hotel to advise that we WOULD be late because our hotel in NJ, gave our room away.
Matt was understanding and let us know he'd let the person relieving him know, too. We got in and Matt was still there. Got checked in easily and had a nice little chat about music, which I always appreciate.
The rooms were clean AND quiet. Unfortunately we had an early start, so didn't get to enjoy it too long.
I don't imagine we will back through this area any time soon, but if it works out that way - this will be our stop.

I was impressed by how clean the room was. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only concern I had is that the bathtub is slippery. I had to stand on a towel in the tub to keep from slipping and possibly falling.
It's not the Biltmore but it is convenient, quiet, clean, and courteous.
I definitely would stay here again.
